उत्तराखंड के चंपावत जिले में लोहावती नदी के तट पर बसा एक खूबसूरत और एकदम शांत जगह लोहाघाट
इस मौसम में पहाड़ों पर जाने के लिए यह बेहद साफ और सुंदर जगह है। राफ्टिंग और एडवेंचर स्पोर्ट्स के शौकीनों के लिए तो यह परफेक्ट डेस्टिनेशन है। गर्मी के मौसम में लोहाघाट का नजारा देखने लायक होता है। इस मौसम में यह जगह बुरांस के फूलों से भरी रहती है।
वैसे दोस्तों लोहाघाट एक प्राचीन नगर है जिसकी वजह से आप यहाँ प्राकृतिक सुंदरता के बीच यहाँ के ऐतिहासिक और धार्मिक जगहों को भी देख सकते हैं. लोहाघाट के पास पंचेश्वर, बाणासुर का किला, मायावती आश्रम घूमने वाली अच्छी जगह हैं। दोस्तों 1706 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर बसा यह शहर पिथौरागढ़ से 60 किलोमीटर दूर है । यहां का मौसम आमतौर पर साल भर सुहावना रहता है।अब लोहाघाट में रुकने की बात करें तो अन्य हिल स्टेशनों की तुलना में इस जगह पर रुकना कम खर्चीला है। यहां सस्ते दामों पर कई अच्छे होटल और लॉज उपलब्ध हैं। इस स्थान पर एक सरकारी गेस्ट हाउस है, जिसमें उचित मूल्य पर ठहर सकते हैं। यदि आप एक शानदार रिहाइश की तलाश कर रहे हैं तो इस शहर से 7 किमी की दूरी पर एबट माउंट में उच्च श्रेणी के कॉटेज भी उपलब्ध हैं। मैडम कल तक एक नई वीडियो मिलेगी यहाँ की..
