I just got this model last week. I made yeast rolls today. 375 for 14min. Perfect rise,brown on top, but not on bottom and we’re doughy inside. What ami doing wrong? It’s calibrated to correct temp.
I had to calibrate my new oven by +20 degrees before it heated to the set temp! That's probably why your rolls didn't bake right. When set to 350, my (store bought) oven thermometer showed the oven only at 275! You can cali.brate your oven temp by going to the last option when you repeatedly push the "clocck/tools" button until you get to "calibrate", then follow the scrolling directions.

You may want to use hotter temps. I’m in culinary school now and we bake simpler Lean dough breads at 450*F.
