Thanks actually made my day probably better I’m actually 10 and I’m actually really stressed I get panic attacks a lot and I mean listening to calm music or possibly, mostly or classical makes me actually really better because I can panic attacks aunt I always think of bad things which will actually never happen but I always tell my mom my heart is hurting my heart is hurting we pray about what we think about about bad things but music like this actually makes me relax at it yeah

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. I was listening to this while trying to sleep and I started crying and I thought about my best friend Carson. He had a disease called fanconianimea (the same disease as me) and he died, he came to my hospital door every time he could and I did to. I gave him strength to walk, and so did he me. He died too young every time I think of his name or hear his name I cry. I knew the thoughts in his head and he knew mine, I knew the pain he had and so did he know my pain. I miss, and love you Carson, sleep well in heaven. For all the people our there struggling, stay strong, and sleep well. Someone will always be there even if you can't see them yet.

I struggle with sleeping at night your song makes me not struggle at night when I'm trying to rest it helps me quick up so that I'm resting in the morning it gives me perfect energy to reset my body until then listen to the music and keep your rest to yourself.
