Not even Ladahki or understood most of the video but even I agree special protections MUST be given to our Ladakhi brothers and sisters. Protections that are readily available under the Indian constitution already, they aren't asking for something unreasonable.

The authorities with power must understand the environmental issues that is likely to occur when development like any other cities is being undertaken in place like Ladakh with very limited carrying capacity. Ka Sonam Wangchuk is emphasizing on 6th schedule with his strong scientific understanding of the consequences that may occur.
Regarding the confusion of many, that Ladakh might remain underdeveloped if it is protected by 6th schedule, I feel that we can come up as an example to be a real sustainable city with wherein we can scale up our local industries that will protect as our identity too. The rawness of nature is what Ladakh known for. The resources in our motherland must be harnessed by us with mindful thought.
I request our leaders to speak up before it's too late.

Whole Kargil District under the banner of " Joint Action Committee" has showed great resentment and protest regarding the safeguard of INCLUSIVE LADAKH including the inclusion of Ladakh under sixth schedule, since August 5 upto present day.
But....... U people has now started raising voices regarding Ladakh's future , after the celebration of the fulfillment of U.T demand , but without taking any assurance for the safeguard of Ladakh's future from the central Government.
Keep aside the divisive politics for the sake of INCLUSIVE LADAKH and Join hands with JAC Kargil , otherwise ...... Things will be worst regarding Ladakh's future..........

As a law of nature, every issue has pros and cons and the consolidated question is what and how the people of Ladakh protect and preserve its Characteristics with and without the 6 Schedule. If the people of Ladakh, the younger generations, do not take the responsibilities to keep Ladakh alive even with 6 Schedule during the next few generations, the sustainability of Ladakh could be in a question. In Human kind, race and existence evolve with passage of time and this is also a big question what the people of Ladakh want to see and shape Ladakh in the next several hundred years. If they want to see Ladakh a centre for investments and have the ability to take risks and to fights with the big changes by taking part in these changes and fights, along with keeping and preserving the Ladakhi Identity alive, it could be a chance to make Ladakh the Indian Malaysia and Singapore. Of course, for every big jump, a big Risk is always there. I agree with all the different opinions of the experts...

The present fiasco and confusion regarding the safegurad or future of Ladakh during the Post- U.T era are only due to the wrong , misleading and incorrect statement or pronouncement by our Ladakh M.P Mr JTN in Indian parliament , regarding the acceptance of U.T by whole Ladakh including WHOLE KARGIL , barring some small streets of KARGIL where severe protests and demonstration were going....
Leaders ought be correct and transparent while declaring any statement regarding their nation. But , unfortunately our M.P Mr JTN has compared the whole district of KARGIL as a small street , when whole Kargil were agitating regarding the safeguard of INCLUSIVE LADAKH including the inclusion of Ladakh under sixth schedule.
