This is an open-air butcher shop, or rather a slaughterhouse, where animals are prepared and packaged for sale the next day. I can hear you saying, "Oh my God!" Yes, it's quite the sight to see such activity in the middle of the night. They're preparing fresh meat for tomorrow's sales.
It might be a bit shocking, but every country has its unique way of life, food, and markets. This is part of the local experience in the area I'm staying in. Even though the place is closed to the public, I've been here long enough to be considered a local. Did you spot any other tourists in my videos? 😉
