- This week we go in search of metal finds and fossils. We tell the folklore behind sharks teeth and show a little old footage of fossil finds with a tiny Oscar! Come with us to see his beaming face when he found his first sharks tooth many moons ago!

Exactly.
I agree a thousand times over
So true!
Totally agree ❤😊
Totally agree!
Oscar's joy at finding his first fossil shark tooth gave me a smile.
I wish they would find a megladon tooth!! Or crystal vein. I know you have geodes with semi-prescious stone's in them maybe Roman too.
It was definitely Oscar's day!!! Right on!!!
I love fossils, you can make all the videos you want about finding fossils, and I'll enjoy every one.
Even a rusty heart has potential! lots of love will make a difference! Kate knows so! oh, connection matters!
Whatever your content I will always enjoy watching. Loved everything 🎶🎥 finds and family 😌💛🧡🤎
Ladies, no apologies needed. Your content rocks
Oscar, bless him he was so excited. I would love to see him more in your videos.
It was nice to see Oscar. He was so excited to find a shark tooth
Shark tooth hunting is the reason my husband and I moved to where we live in Florida, USA in 2011. Your finds were beautiful. I do love just watching you mudlark. You always seem to enjoy each others company. It’s peaceful, kind, creative and perfectly charming!!
Yay! I hope you kept that amber and crystal. Amber protects you and crystal heals. Back to watching. Blue is for serenity. You're being blessed by nature today!! Oh wow!! Kate that is a fossilized clam shell. You've got natural crystal's that have been smoothed out by the sea and fossils. What a wonderful day. Amber is awesome. Be careful about throwing them away thinking they're just glass. You're in an old site for sure. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰😇😇
Great scenery, worth it for the fossils and shark teeth
Great try on all those stuck treasures. Have a great week.
Awe sweet Oscar is so sweet. His happiness is infectious for sure. I’m so so glad he found him one of the sharks tooth.

Utterly fascinated by the history of stone tongues! I’ve learned something today, thank you! Whether you find things or not, I enjoy a grand day out with you all.
I'm sure you'll find some good stuff at Treasure Beach next time. I love Oscar's sweet face!

Have just clicked on but need to say thank you both so much, I’ve been in bed/hospital for 5 weeks with severe pregnancy sickness & have rewatched hours of K&C to keep me calm. ♥️
All the best! Please look after yourself.
Love Oscars child like joy
Next time you go back take a chisel and hammer and a good pair of safety goggles and see what you can get unstuck from the rocks!! Great video ladies!!❤❤❤

Not every trip needs amazing finds. 💕 it’s always nice just to be out somewhere having a look around. 💕
no need to apologize - i greatly enjoy going along on your adventures no matter what u find. i grew up on the Oregon coast, but never found fossils much less all the finds (garbage!) u find eroded onto your shores. we did find shells, driftwood & lots of cut wood pieces from our many lumber mills & beer bottles which we collected & turned in for 1 cent ea. it was fun seeing u all go on a mad shark tooth search. thanx for new info on them.
Maybe you could go looking for sea glass? It doesn’t matter it’s all splendid!
Love to see Oscar's infectious grin and his excitement at finding the shark's yeeth
I love fossils! No need to apologize. 😊 Thank you for sharing❤🇺🇸

Whilst it is lovely to see the finds, I also love looking at the scenery, plants, insects etc so don’t worry if your finds are sparse I’m sure your followers will still watch.
So happy to hear your lovely voices and the way you both laugh with one another. I am so sorry for the problems you're having, I hope they somehow get resolved and we have you back full time ! Love seeing that adorable Oscar face, beaming with his first shark tooth, he must be so tall now. I know I'm not alone in saying we all love you and wish you and your family the best always. Hugs

I did enjoy this video. The sharks 🦈 teeth story was very interesting.
Thank you so much for the beautiful video. I always get joy from virtually tagging along on your adventures and seeing the treasures you discover. You are remarkably gifted!!
I think one day there will be two statues of crouching figures scratching the ground on your favourite beach, you know, like the Antony gormley ones on Cosby beach, only with clothes on. With Kit and caboodlers on it or" The mudlarks."
good to be back ladies - it's been a while - I missed your sweet peaceful films and your forever natural curiosity for all things curious !! Hello and happy spring from Minnesota - USA 🐸🐤🦖🏵🐝 my beautiful Forsythia bush is in full bloom with lovely yellow flowers
You are both so lovely to watch on your searches. I used to live in Cornwall & loved nothing better than a good mudlark with my daughter. Unfortunately we are now in Warwick so the sea nowhere near so watching you is lovely. Thanks,
Nice , lovely little lark . so nice to see the family together and having a great day . Enjoyed it very much . 🧡💛🤎💚💙💜
wonderful as all ways!
Thank you.
Hello Fleur, Hello Kate and Oscar. Thank you for a beautiful day.
I have to thank you today I had awful day my dog passed away 13 years old and I loved him dearly. I was very upset and crying all day this video, and I watch all of yours. I it was the only thing that brought me a sense of calm throughout the day, so thank you, the music that you play is very soothing and I love when you dig around in the little water puddles and find things your voices are very calming and I love your excitement. It really really help me today. Thank you very much. It was the perfect time to watch one of your videos.
So sorry for your loss
So sorry
Loved this video so interesting about the shark teeth. Think my favourite find was the shiny little fossil you found and the beautiful blue sea glass looking crystal.
Oh I love the idea of fossil hunting on a calm tho muddy beach or walking over pebbles or fallen slate.. but alas I’m disabled & unable to do so myself.. so I become very absorbed in in discoveries like Yours.
Your brothers face says it all, bless him, Thanx again for sharing.
Please look after yourself. Be lucky!
Atomic Shrimp just mentioned how wonderful your channel is on his latest video ❤ (at about 8 mins in)
Thank you for telling us! :)
Oscar, so so adorable...
תודה❤
Love coming along with you finds or not. Thanks
I think you will be happy to know Atomic Shrimp recommended your videos. Just thought I'd let you know, I've been subscribed for years.
I love this one!! I love the fossils, and the shark teeth especially, I’m a potter and I make a lot of shark tooth themed pieces, so I loved hearing about them in this film!
Any treasure hunt with the two of you is a good treasure hunt. Not only do you find interesting things you tell us about them. Thank you so much for taking us along
We are still very fond of shark tooth necklaces here in the USA
Oh well I love shark teeth searching! That's one thing that we do have plenty of here in Florida! Even the giant Meg shark teeth can be found. It's fun to identify all
Thanks for the video . I used to live in Malta as a kid and still have a tin of sharks teeth..stay safe..V.R...
I always love your videos regardless of their content or length. Thanks for sharing. It was fun. 😊
The elephant trunk is a heteromorph and like the brown ammonites, it can be scrubbed with a brass brush ( wet!!) to show the pyritised material ( it can then be dried and preserved/sealed)😃Thank you for this and all your videos, they really are such a joy!x
I love the clams and the time on the beach.
It looked chilly and breezy. It was nice to see the fossils. Thanks for the history lesson on sharks teeth.😊❤🦈
That music was so relaxing I could just have dropped off. I would really love to go to a beach and find fossils. I did find a slipper shell fossil when I was young. It was interesting about the sharks teeth and Oscar's little face was a picture. Stay safe and we are all glad of whatever you manage to put up however short we just like to cme along with you. Stay Safe.
Great vlog. Hi Oscar😎
I very much enjoyed this video. 😊
I sewed sharks teeth on for buttons on a white shirt. I thought I was so cool!😅
Thanks for your uplifting videos. Such a tonic for me during the hard times I'm going through x
Atomic Shrimp has posted a link to your calming channel
Thank you for letting us know :)
The bit that Kate thought might have been a horse shoe- it kinda looks like a toilet seat haha! Maybe a training potty for the nursery?
Thank you so much for the lovely video!!!!
Fossils are cool and folklore is exciting tempered with science. People still put their faith in hagstones although we know the science behind them
Always enjoy watching you girls and the look on Oscar's face when he found his first shark tooth. Too cute!.
Love it! So peaceful ❤️
Fun trip ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I grew up by the beach and also went to primary school that was right in front of the beach. We would have many lessons on the sand, and go looking for fossils and unusual shells. We weren't allowed to keep any as we were always told they belong to the Earth and sea creatures need them more than we do. I love watching you find your beach treasures because it reminds me of those days. I'm in South Australia so there were lots of wonderful creatures we'd come across and also rescue. My Dad and I would get up really early and go for a run and swim before breakfast and on 2 occassions we found baby sharks. We put them back into the water, very carefully, because they have a mouth full of teeth. We would also be lucky enough to have dolphins sometimes swim with us. Best memories of my childhood😊
All of those fossils are amazing! I forgot how adorable Oscar was back then. I was so intrigued by the larger rocks that looked like they were whole but were cracked all over and one good strike of a hammer and the big rocks were going to shatter!
I love fossil hunting , you found some absolute beauties, loved the vid , can’t wait for the next , 😎🌴✌️
I personally adore fossils. So this lark was interesting for me. We all wonder at finding things from our history, but the thought of thousands of years being tossed about in the sea and still surviving and looking most of the time, so perfect...well its amazing and kind of magical. To think these are parts of or a whole creature at one time. Just going about their day, then bam, They die then buried. Calcified and turned to stone. The mind boggles. Its almost impossible to imagine that amount of time. I'm off now to find the crafting post you mentioned.. Its not come up on my feed, which is annoying. So its good you mentioned it. Thanks. Xx
Very nice video lady’s 🥰🍀
I loved your finds today - the glass was beautiful and I love the fossils. Thank you, sincerely, for every single video
I was wondering the other day if you ever find sharks teeth on any of the beaches you visit and now I have my answer. Great glass finds today.
