What an awesome thing to do for your employees' families, Tom. I've known employers who let their employees hunt or fish their land but never met one that built and stocked a pond for them to fish from or teach their kids to fish from. Will you use the pond water to irrigate your greenhouses?
Maybe a breeding pair of Aldabra and Galapagos tortoises will do nicely. Sam Pascucci has a couple big ones for sale. They are expensive but I think will be perfect for you. They’re big, very personable and they will wonder around fine at your property. They will make an impression at the place among the beautiful nature
