I think this song simulates a psychedelic trip. It starts right into basically chorus 1 and it is hard to hear the words and figure out the beat and melody, giving me a feeling of angst. This would be the come-up of the trip where you feel slightly off and can get anxious. Then chorus 2 and verse 1 would be the breakthrough of the trip. The song feels right, is dynamic the entire time, and the background vocals and adlibs have great interplay with the main vocals. My attention gets pulled all over the place, like a trip, but it feels good. Then the outro where it lets the beat play and only plays the background vocals is like the comedown. Life still goes on like the beat but life feels dry and distant like the vocals - similar to how life feels on a real comedown. (ur brain has used up all the dopamine and serotonin during the trip, that's why there is a comedown.) also would make sense with the trippy visuals in the video.
You should check out some of his old songs, like 7AM or Super Saiyan. Uzi’s actually making a sequel to super saiyan that will come out sometime this year. (Ik the mobile quality version has been leaked)
You should def check out Future. Maybe start with some of his songs with Juice Wrld, they did a whole album together. For you I would recommend “shorty”, “fine China” and “make it back” but it would be cool if you listened to the whole album, it’s called “Wrld on drugs”
