Looks delicious, but why not toss the chicken into the bowl and coat them that way. I do it like that, and then in to a hot pan toss it around so the wings caramelize a bit .
That raw chicken juice sat in that bowl for hours before you used it. Idk how that's safe. Why not just make the sauce in clean bowl? You could add seasoning
@@Classicbeauty857 as I was saying, she cooked the chicken for 15 minutes only, therefore it's still raw since chicken with bone takes much longer to cook. so once she put the glaze which had the raw chicken substance on the still raw chicken, all the microorganisms would of died. Then again I might be wrong idk
Captain Bonk it’s cross contamination and isn’t an sanitary way of handling food. But I see what you are saying because the chicken isn’t fully cooked and then goes back in.
Don’t even worry about all this hooha, just wash your chicken wings, dry. In a bowl put in 2 to 3 Tablespoons of apricot jam a dash of Worcester sauce and a dash of Soya sauce and salt to taste. Heat in microwave ( 20 seconds) and stir, should be thick. Put in wings, stir, cover and put in fridge for a few hours. Tin foil your dish lay out the wings and cook for 3/4 of an hour at 180 Best ever and sooooo easy. Love these just with rice.
