Update: the turn signals in the headlights failed within a month or two of running them. There have been a number of people who’ve had the same issue. I can’t recommend these headlights anymore unless you are okay without turn signals.
Are they warranted since they gave out?
Great video man exactly what I needed to know on the drl and sequential light wiring.👍👍
Glad I could help
Question: I changed out the lights and when i used the plug that was with the trust and i changed out the ballast my high beams do not work anymore what do you think i did wrong. I changed to the H13 lamp and the headlights that was linked.
Buying these rn
How is the light pattern, I have a terrible headlight pattern on my truck, my headlight style is the same as those, but not made by the same company, if you don’t mind sharing
Not great for a lifted truck for sure. Lots of flashers on the road
I bet you can use HID bulb on that autosaver88 since it has the same h13 socket, just setup the HID bulb harness . mine was stock HID with ballast and the same h13 socket.
Will be working on a 2012 F150 with standard halogen lights. I have a set of these conversion lights coming soon. From photos it looks like I will have a brown wire, a yellow wire and a black wire to connect somewhere. Black is most likely ground. Where should brown and yellow wires tap in for power?
Thanks.
Hard to say. Grab a test light and pin it to the wires individually and and have someone flip from high beam to low beam and that will help you figure it out.
@@aguywithajeep Thank you.
Thank you
Do u still have the old headlights
What year F-150 do you have? I'm asking because you have a key fob that starts it which is a pain to get if you have an 09
2014
Dang they’re nice
How are they holding up?
Are you able to cancel the startup dance? I know some you can if you don't want them to do it.
Thanks for the video!
So far so good. Haven’t tried to cancel the startup dance. Don’t think there’s an option with these
How do I replace the h7 with a led that will fit inside the assembly
No clue
Have u ever had an issue with the blinker not working only front left? Got same headlights but having that issue
Neither of my blinkers work at this point. Not sure what the issue is
@@aguywithajeep thats so crazy. exactly the same after i was testing the relays. my headlights only a month old lol
@@altonmathews8936 yeah probably going to delete this video because I definitely can’t recommend them if they are going to fail after such short use.
Was the issue resolved? You still sporting the lights? Was thinking of getting them and doing the same wiring conf.
@@eliarguelles4426 I honestly haven’t even bothered trying to fix them yet. They are not working still. I checked the wiring and everything looks good still but no luck. Probably will ditch them here soon.
