To be honest, I would have liked Vi to take some distance to calm herself down, but not to go so far away that Power doesn't immediately think that Vi is leaving her or not coming back anymore. Both in Powder's shoes, who was just trying to help and all she ever wanted was to help her family, and in Vi's shoes, who just lost her adoptive father and both adoptive brothers in the most brutal way possible. She had to watch her family die and her adoptive father "die" by saving her life. And I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but Powder is to blame for the deaths of her adoptive brothers. (I'm not sure if she is also responsible for Vander's death. I don't think so😅) It's a really difficult situation and both have tried their best to forget the "mistakes" of the past and to forgive each other, but they can't find their way back to each other. While Powder had a new "adoptive" father who was manipulative and toxic (as much as I loved Silco in the end, that's unfortunately the fact), Vi was completely on her own and had to live in prison. Everything she went through traumatized her in a completely different way than Powder, who became Jinx due to events in the past. Powder suffered obvious trauma because of the fact that her Monkey Bomb killed her adoptive brothers and she went crazy, developed severe hallucinations and complexes. Vi, meanwhile, carried the entire burden, all the pain and the losses deep inside herself and had no way of even coming close to processing it. Long story short: Both have made serious mistakes, both are traumatized, both have a heavy burden and great pain to bear and they have both tried to find their way back to each other. But as Jinx said: She thought Vi could love her like she once did, even though she has changed but Vi changed too. Vi still does deep down inside, only circumstances make it impossible to radiate that love.
