It's a great video as always Amit ji but I don't agree with the last point, barring a handful of places India has intolerable hot places. Although we need sun everyday India in majority gets heat wave for 4-5 months which is not even good to go out. The ideal temperatures for human is between 18-28 and there are only some places with that here. And it's only getting warmer every year so temperatures actually so temperatures actually don't help us here much, maybe the agriculture but for a working man outside it sucks for majority of the year.
Germans do the way you suggested, they only ask a question if they really want to. And when you ask how are you they will tell thier whole life story which I really appreciate, this American greetings are so superficial

I also want to leave my job.. I tried to leave my job 7-8 years ago at that tym parents started their emotional blackmailing.. today m still in that job even after I knw my interest area is different....today Am at that age where leaving job is huge risk... most imp thing that I have that bitterness in my life BCS even my parents did not think about me..!! Pls don't do the same wd your kid.. try to understand him...why he want to leave his job or he can do even much better in life.. help him out so that after few years he don't have any kind of bitterness towards you or towards life..
Please make sure he takes care of his health, after a few months of chronic stress it can really start to show in the body (as adrenal fatigue etc.) and then it will take several months to fix that at least. Long term effects of stress are terrible for health. If the work environment is really toxic in my opinion its not worth it if you have enough financial cushion to support yourself for a few months. But its important to treat it as a learning experiencee so he knows better in the future how to manage anxiety etc. and be prepared in future because to some extent stressful situations will always be there in life. Quitting caffeine, eating healthy, making sure there are no vitamin deficiencies, and walking 10000 steps a day can help a lot as a short term solution.
