What does streamer mode even do in this game

@@navster100 there is a scare that opens your camera and shows your face, but streamer mode disables it, another one is that it asks "Why are you recording me" and shows you your OBS. The game also looks up your location during the game, but streamer mode makes it say that it knows your location but, won't show it in front of your fans. There are probably a few more, but I don't know all.

Me and my friend played this on her computer, and when we got to the part on when you go to the jellyfish's house and met the character itself, instead of her being the normal green jellyfish she was, she was completely black (void black, by the way), with her eyes just being white with black pupils, and her voice was glitched and deep sounding instead of her normal voice. When my friend played this game for the first time a while ago, that bug didnt happen to her, but when I played it on her computer for the first time, I ended up getting that bug. We were both freaked out by it, since it didnt happen when my friend played it the first time for herself.
that feels like one of the rare event when replaying the game lol (not saying it is) like that could be in the game
@dafunny2255 I'm not entirely sure, but you could be right. Then again, my friend did say that you can do a certain thing to unlock a new achievement in the game
Edit: When the glitch happened, there wasn't a "New Achievement Unlocked" notification while playing the game on her computer
