Great stuff. Would enjoy a video about your gear, setup, tires, etc, and what you thought about them.

Yep, I will definitely be incorporating more of the camping and gear in the videos. Planning a week winter trip in Arkansas now so should have some good opportunity to!
After the second time I did that, I finally changed my bark buster mounting points from the handlebars to the triple tree. They’re not going anywhere now. I wanted to do that to begin with, but they were sold out everywhere back in 2021. I also replaced the bungee cords with Rok straps to secure extra gear down with. I’ll be getting another set of those in various sizes. What state are you from? Do you haul your bike around the country?

Oh didn’t know you could mount to the triple tree. I’m always messing with those things and need to look into that. And yeah the bungees have to go. I like my rigg gear straps and need more of those or to try the Rok straps. I live in southwest Missouri and we hauled the bikes there in my truck. It worked out well and we hope to do many more BDR and out of state rides.
That’s cool man. I would luv to do the same. At least you have a few trails to ride on in Missouri. I know Frank, at Woodzman Adventure before he moved to Arizona, He was always on some state forest service/fire roads, which looked pretty cool. The Ozarks, or Mark Twain May.... I’m in Louisiana, and we don’t have much at all for trails here. It kinda sucks to be honest. I’m considering doing the TAT in sections at a time. I think that would be fun. BDRs would be awesome though. Colorado is high up on my to do list though. I think I could spend an entire month just in Colorado. I think the rigg gear straps are the same thing as Rok straps. The triple tree mounts I have are made by Zeta.

Yeah I watch Frank too and wish I could have got in touch and road with him before he moved. He only lived 45min away. I love riding in Mark Twain and some of the best roads in Arkansas are just a few hours away. Will have more videos of those places soon. I’m planning to ride the first half of the TAT this summer! And thanks for the info on the gear, I’m definitely looking into that. Hit me up if you’re ever this way
