I would frame that vintage fabric winter scene and hang it on your wall! Beautiful gifts from that lovely subscriber! Have a wonderful holiday weekend, Tessie and family!
I am grateful to whoever deleted a very problematic comment that was up earlier in response to this lovely video. Those who may have seen it, it was so jarring in an otherwise peaceful place for Tessie's regular viewers. All I can say is, pray for the sad souls among us.
Have your husband make you a couple of the its just 2 pieces if thin boards with 4 drilled holes and 4 long screw with wing nuts too tighten down the flowers.
Tessie, the slotted wood holder that goes in the drawer organizer holds your silverware. I looked it up online. You put your spoons, forks, knives in each slot to keep them organized. The tea bag and butter holder go over a tea light and holder. They are for individual guests to have for melted butter and to steep their cup of tea at their place setting. You can see those online also. Hope that was helpful.
The quick cooking magazines are the best thing ever I have kept mine but besides the good recipes in every issue is a section of home made mixes you know how we love those and a section on bread machine recipes so look for those
Just saw: 70++ subscribers 🤩 Congrats Theresa 💃 Feeling so blessed by watching your channel (and you!) grow over the years 🤎 Thanks for the reminder about pressing wildflowers!
I remember my mom had some fabrics like that and certain parts of the scene she sewed batting in the back, like clouds or animals, to give it a dimensional appearance
Good Morning Tessie, Sisters, Brothers, and Friends:-) TGIF HAPPY FRIDAY :-) Wish you all a wonderful blessed Friday filled with Gods Joy and Happiness :-) Remember to pray for one another and for all around the world :-) God Bless You ! Love you all :-) Keep smiling be safe :-)
I believe the wooden box goes on the wall. The piece you didn't know what it was looks like slots for your mail. believe it goes into the part you pulled out and it hangs on a wall
Those 2 tiny crockware may be part of a set...not only those 2..... I have one of those bamboo drawer organizers in my silverware drawer...works great... Those little purple flowers are called HEARTS EASE...IT IS FOR THE HEART...cause the leaves are heart shaped...are edible.....dry them for tea in the winter.... Love ya ! 💖😉😄
I agree with Vanessa Mitchell about the one item that goes in a drawer to hold spice bottles. It looks like one an older friend had, which held square spice bottles at a time when most people did not use as many spices as some people do these days.
The wooden piece that you didn't know about is a rack that goes on the wall. Usually it's labeled Bill's, Mail, etc. Mine are all metal ones from the Depression era and already labeled and decorated, but you can make your own labels, perhaps collage pictures. Oh yes, often they're near a phone, with notepads and pens/pencils nearby.
The wood rack is for cutlery and that square section that has the grooves in it is where you lay your sharp knives. The blades go into the groove. It’s expandable so it can fit in whatever drawer size you have. I love grabbing cookbooks that have been produced by schools, community organizations, churches etc. a lot of the recipes are recipes that have been handed down through families that people want to share. So they are so special and often different then the things we make every day. You always make a good haul on Thursdays. It’s one of the benefits of living on the East Coast.
Love the fabric panel! Also, those little purple flowers are wild violets. They are edible! They make a wonderful jelly. Also, you can sugar them and use them as beautiful and whimsical cake decorations. Imagine a whole bouquet on a simple white frosted cake?
Again, Tessie, wonderful finds! I thought a wooden spoon slipped through one of the "holiday" pieces with the two tabs at the top would look adorable hanging in your kitchen. Switch them out at the change of the season. Thank you for this uplifting video today. Many blessings!
The wooden piece you hang on your wall for your mail. My mother had one with a painted rooster on the front. It would also look nice with faux flowers or greenery. Hugs & prayers to all. 💙🙏💙
Unless you're prepared to buy a bespoked flower press for a pretty penny, look at the wooden diy flower presses. The bespoked and artesian produced flower presses began as a diy design.
I collect those too and school cookbooks and community fundraiser cookbooks. I always think that people put their absolute best recipes in those books. Old family favorites so they really become a treasure trove of great recipes, some of them long lost in a way.
The butter crock reminds me of a drawn butter serving. Ceramic of one form or another was used to keep the butter warmer longer. Although this one looks pretty informal for drawn butter; especially with the matching tea stoneware.
I think the fabric you showed in the beginning (with the farm scene) goes back at least to the 1960's. The reason I say that is because I have some old drapes down in the basement that my mother made during that timeframe. The fabric is very similar.
It looks like a mail holder of some sort...I have one hanging up that my daughter keeps all her sunglasses in! lol But it says mail on it so there’s no confusion! 😊
I thought that it held mail at first too. At closer look, the bottom isn't enclosed in any of the pockets. I think as Venessa said, it's a spice organizer to lay in the drawer. 💚🌞
I love the vintage Christmas fabric! I would frame it or make a pillow. Not sure what the wood insert is for? At first I thought it was a mail sorter but there are no bottoms to hold the mail.
Great finds. My Nana and Grammy always pressed flowers and put the special ones in their family Bible. I still have some of them. In quilting, we have even used all kinds of flowers to dye fabric in all sorts of different ways. It’s really cool and fun to do. Those purple violets would be so pretty.
I think the wooden thing you showed along with the drawer organizer is to lay down in a drawer and put spices on it. I'm not 100 percent sure. Have a great night Tessie.
Great finds! The wooden piece is a letter holder. The holiday pieces could be hung from some type of dowel . The little crocks are very nice. I would just display them. You could probably put tea bag in it. I am sure you have alot of great recipes in those cookbooks! Enjoy your evening.
i would put the fabric under a big piece of glass for a worksurface, also like the pillow and framing idea people had. It is georgeous the pillow case with the vintage embroidery is super nice.
I believe the shelf looking thing is a mail slot holder. My grandparents had a simular one that hung on the wall. You could also sort recipe cards in it.
The fabric with the scene would be beautiful as a pillow with a solid color back. The wooden thing might fit in the slide out part or in a drawer for spices.
I believe the wooden rack goes in a drawer for spice jars. Each slat is elevated to see what each spice jar holds. That is my best guess. I have seen similar ones of plastic too. The beautiful material with scene, I would frame as wall art. Nice thrifting.
Church cookbooks are my favorites.
It is a tray to lay spices on in your drawer
I think maybe to layer bottled spices
It looks like a letter holder to hang on the wall.
You can make beautiful yummy jelly from the violets you were picking. Only catch is it takes 4 cups packed with the flowers. Lol!
I would frame that vintage fabric winter scene and hang it on your wall! Beautiful gifts from that lovely subscriber! Have a wonderful holiday weekend, Tessie and family!
Great idea ☺️
Yes that would look great in an old frame with glass.
WOW, What a Great Idea !! Thank you !!
I'm so glad to have the privilege of watching you create old traditions some are a lost art Thank you sweet Tessie 😋
Tessie, I think the wood rack you put on a wall and put your mail in the slots.
Tea to put your tea bag in after dipping it. And a serving of butter for with your meal. Restaurants now have little individual sealed pads of butter.
Blessings everyone
the wooden rack is to hang & hold your mail/letters !
That winter material I would hem around the edges and make a casing and find a pretty stick that looks outdoorsy and thread it through and hang it.
That you put in a drawer and put your silver ware in it. They will be at an angle and not lay flat
I am grateful to whoever deleted a very problematic comment that was up earlier in response to this lovely video. Those who may have seen it, it was so jarring in an otherwise peaceful place for Tessie's regular viewers. All I can say is, pray for the sad souls among us.
I think I would frame that material. It would make a beautiful picture.yes I also think the wooden piece is for spices. Have a great evening everyone.
Hi Tessie👋🏼❤️😊
Your thrifty Thursdays are my favorite videos of yours.
Have your husband make you a couple of the its just 2 pieces if thin boards with 4 drilled holes and 4 long screw with wing nuts too tighten down the flowers.
you'll love those taste of home recipes
Your “Johnny Jump Ups” are actually wild violets. They are edible. I gathered some this spring and made violet jelly. Yum!
I have made violet jelly too. Beautiful, pale lavender color and as I remember it, a sweet smell.
I think it's a spice jar rack for a drawer. Nice haul, as always. God bless, dearheart.
I love taste of home recipes💕
The wooden slanted item is for your larger serving utensils, it goes inside of a drawer.
That’s what I think too…at first I thought it was a mail sorter…but yeah…I think I need one of these!
The vintage fabric would make a great wall hanging...
The wooden thing your asking about is for .new mail recieved. Our going mail. Bills and paid bills
You hang that on the wall to hold bills and letters.
Beautiful things👍🙏🏻💕where are your little chickens 🐓

That cloth might be an old Grandma Moses print from one of her paintings.
The quick cooking magazines are the best thing ever I have kept mine but besides the good recipes in every issue is a section of home made mixes you know how we love those and a section on bread machine recipes so look for those
Happy Thursday Tessie……..
I think the butter dish is for individual servings of butter at the table, and the tea one is for putting your used teabag in. That’s my guess.
Teabag( I think)& individual butter crock.
Put some fringe around the fabric and make it as a table top decor ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
That fabric panel is so beautiful. I love scenes like that. So peaceful.
Thank you for another nice video Tessie! 👍
Great finds as always
Hi everyone 🙂
Hi Linda H :-)

I remember my mom had some fabrics like that and certain parts of the scene she sewed batting in the back, like clouds or animals, to give it a dimensional appearance
My mom did some pictures like that, too!
What a cute idea, love it.
I guess it was like Trapunto quilting
Good Morning Tessie, Sisters, Brothers, and Friends:-) TGIF HAPPY FRIDAY :-) Wish you all a wonderful blessed Friday filled with Gods Joy and Happiness :-) Remember to pray for one another and for all around the world :-) God Bless You ! Love you all :-) Keep smiling be safe :-)

💖😉😄
I have the same church supper cookbook.
Maybe a curtain topper for a window in dining area….with the piece of cloth?
My mom had one of those wooden things , she used it by putting it on the wall (straight up and down) and assorted mail in it, like bills
Hi Tessie
I think the last item is for storing bills to be paid or lettered or what ever you like. It would hang on the wall.
Great haul.
I agree with Vanessa Mitchell about the one item that goes in a drawer to hold spice bottles. It looks like one an older friend had, which held square spice bottles at a time when most people did not use as many spices as some people do these days.

I made a birthday cake for my best friend one year. I put violets as a decoration. It looked so nice on the white icing.
You found a lot of beautiful treasures!
My favorite is your beautiful azalea!!!
I've seen one as beautifully shaped as yours!☮️💖🙏🇺🇸🇮🇱🇺🇦
Hey Tessie. I think the wood drawer separator is for silverware.maybe?
Nice thrift haul. Nice gifts too. Enjoyed. It was fun reading others comments as to what you bought. Enjoyed.
The holiday things look like wind socks to me.
Those are some great fines Tessie!!.

That is a great idea.
I think they are meant to hang outside in your yard. Like a yard flag for the different holidays.
The wooden piece you hang on your wall for your mail. My mother had one with a painted rooster on the front. It would also look nice with faux flowers or greenery. Hugs & prayers to all. 💙🙏💙
The one I have is 9" x9" square.
I had some 'Grandma Moses' print fabric just like that! A print from the painting titled 'Early Springtime on the Farm'.
Hi Tessie. That fabric would make a gorgeous winter throw pillow. Love the old doilies. Beautiful collection.
Unless you're prepared to buy a bespoked flower press for a pretty penny, look at the wooden diy flower presses. The bespoked and artesian produced flower presses began as a diy design.
Awesome stuff tessie . You always find great stuff . GODBLESS sweetie
I love the church cookbook the best. I collect church cookbooks for my sister. They have a lot of history, character, and great history!
I collect those too and school cookbooks and community fundraiser cookbooks. I always think that people put their absolute best recipes in those books. Old family favorites so they really become a treasure trove of great recipes, some of them long lost in a way.
That is such a neat idea to press flowers in that book. So neat.
Nice finds
Hi Tessie! I love those things remind me of my grandma! Brings me back memoriesWhen I was a little girl.😊👍❤️
Tessie that would make a great Christmas pillow.
The butter crock reminds me of a drawn butter serving. Ceramic of one form or another was used to keep the butter warmer longer. Although this one looks pretty informal for drawn butter; especially with the matching tea stoneware.
Love the cookbooks

That is a letter rack, I think. Hang it on the wall, and the wall will keep the mail from falling.
Omg I love the material you, should frame that!!:)). Your friend from ohio 🙂✌🏻❤️🌱
Tessie, I used to press flowers and leaves way back in school days miss that I may start that again :-)
Looks like a mail sorter. Goes on the wall. Love dried or pressed wildflowers.
I just luv going to "the willy"! So much fun hunting for treasures ❤
It looks like a mail holder of some sort...I have one hanging up that my daughter keeps all her sunglasses in! lol But it says mail on it so there’s no confusion! 😊
That is exactly right. We have one made of bamboo. It is made for sorting/storing envelopes; especially letters from family and relatives.
I love lace doilies.... I always pick them up at our local second hand store.
Great finds. My Nana and Grammy always pressed flowers and put the special ones in their family Bible. I still have some of them. I agree its to put spice jars on in a drawer. Some have said mail holder but that would need a back on it and something to hang it from.
nice things
Great thrifty finds I love the winter scene fabric it’s beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
Great finds!
The wooden piece is a letter holder.
The holiday pieces could be hung from some type of dowel .
The little crocks are very nice. I would just display them.
You could probably put tea bag in it.
I am sure you have alot of great recipes in those cookbooks!
Enjoy your evening.
Have a blessed weekend! 🤗

Great finds Tessie.
Tessie, I love that fabric/ print you got. I would frame it somehow and hang it up for Christmas/ Winter season. I love the old scenes like that too.
Those crochet dollies are gorgeous and a handkerchief I’ll beautiful thank you for sharing prayers hugs and much ❤️
I believe the wooden rack goes in a drawer for spice jars.
Each slat is elevated to see what each spice jar holds.
That is my best guess.
I have seen similar ones of plastic too.
The beautiful material with scene, I would frame as wall art.
Nice thrifting.
Tessie the pattern on your crochet cloth is called pineapple stitch. Great haul. See you at coffee time tomorrow. 🌸🌸🥀🙏
Like your vintage tastes. Mine is semi 1970s vintage decor with a Scandinavian flair. Have a great weekend.
97th Hi all...100 heat index here in Florida today. Now 87, lol relief. Ginger tea, and Tessie video.
Wow Katherine, keep cool and hydrated in that heat :-)
Yikes! That's hot. But... I can't really talk because here in Ohio we're expecting 92F on Monday, Memorial Day. I do love ginger tea!
Happy thrifty. Thursday Tessie,
