- The King spent time learning about Korean culture and cuisine before the state visit by the president of the Republic of Korea later this month. Charles visited New Malden, south west London, on Wednesday, which is home to one of the largest Korean communities in Europe.

I loved watching King Charles with the children, especially when he was gifted the little package from one of the children he deftly, in one smooth motion, brought it down to his right side and passed it to his assistant. Classic magic move.

After watching all the costumery His Majesty has to endure simply to address something like Parliament in public, we can understand his willingness to dress casually so he may listen and not be expected to "give a speech". Nobody needs a crown to listen, as most of us Outside The Empire know.
Also ... His Majesty might want to consider hosting the Kansas City Royals as they seem to believe they are still an integral part of The Commonwealth.

Korea and Japan are Sinospheric cultures heavily influenced by Chinese dynastic cultures. Their cuisine styles are from China as well. Chopsticks, noodles, dumplings, rice noodles, bean curd (tofu is from the Chinese word doufu), tea, tea ceremony, soy sauce, lacquerware, lamian (pulled noodles), buns, hotpot, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice, rice wine, all originated from China and spread to the Sinospheric nations Japan, Korea and Vietnam. Japan and Korea just have this habit of putting their brands on everything they copy from China. Japanese culture is mainly from Chinese Tang Dynasty. Korean culture is mainly a replica of Chinese Ming Dynasty.

These are just some of the questions I have off the top of my head that need to be answered before any referendum. What say you?
