You can see multiple versions of eggless puffs from yummly's website. Just google/search "eggless cream puff yummly" and it can give you many answers. I usually use aquafaba or apple mushed as substitute when baking anything sweet for vegan. Egg's purpose in baking is to create the bubble foam, to work as glue and to raise the mass of the food when heated. Anything that can give these effects can be used or tested - baking is chemistry, kitchen is your own laboratory! 🌸😊
