Gold is refined in Dubais 3 gold refineries and the major buyers are China and India in legal way. But gold is purchased in Dubai and smuggled into India whose buyers are mostly jewellers. The difference in price is 10% which is import tax levied by Chidambaram. You remove import tax, smuggling will stop.
In this case , gold must have been suppled by China to fund anti India activity.Modus is gold sold through cash, which cannot be traced. Silver lining is either way gold reserve in india goes up. india holds largest quantities of gold ornaments in world.

But sir Ladakh and other routes are safe to India because army and intelligence have a good network on the area but the Bangladesh borders are a safe corridor for Gold Smuggling.... The custom duty on gold has created a parallel economy in India and created a price distortion. The money earned through smuggling of gold will be used for anti national activities, and the amount is huge.

I have travelled thrice via cochin international airport. Post immigration checks the scan machines were non functional. No customs or CISF personal to check either. All cabin baggages went unchecked. Hope the main luggage was checked during unloading. Only towards exit gate , custom officer does random checks though not always. A smugglers paradise.
Kerala has been very easy and cheap destination for smugglers from abroad since very long. I have worked in Dubai for 25 years in mainly export oriented establishment. I have seen this happening since very long. India has been food and other goods supplier of middle east countries since many centuries. After independence, Dubai has been developed as a warehousing and distribution centre for entire middle east and Africa. So, all the goods come from around the world to Dubai and sold to other nearby countries in small quantities. So, the large numbers of vessels and containers are coming to Dubai ports. But since Dubai exports very little to the world , especially India. So most of these containers has to return empty. Thats why Shipping companies allow indians to send any quantity of goods (by kilos) in India at very cheap rates. Since our Mumbai port is very big and comparatively well equipped, those illegal goods land in Kerala ports. Their these shipping companies and smugglers have "setting" with port authorities to release these goods unnoticed and unchecked.

Sir, I think a parallel economy again took flight for the last few years, where many businesses are done in cash avoiding banking transactions, and bank charges a high rate for encashing above 20 lakhs and so paved for avoidance the same and encouraged to seek alternate routes to keep business going, That's what my imagination.

The BJP has been very slow in bringing about developments and whenever they have reacted it was too little too late. They were always caught on the backfoot, on the defensive. When you are in the driver's seat - you are expected to act and if you are unable to consolidate your gains to your benefit in spite of a majority mandate for 10 years - there is something seriously wrong with your leadership and machinery. There was and still is a total disconnect in reading the opposition and even neutralising them when they had the opportunity. That's 10 long years... and just charging a few people with lawsuits of no consequence isn't going to get you the desired results - it only shows that you don't have the strength to take a battle to its natural conclusion. Also failure to bring in foundational changes in Bharat's important sectors be it the judiciary or education...all of which have come bite the government and cast doubt on its Hindutva credentials. A lot of additional benefits being dished out to minorities in the name of appeasement while the poor hindu majority continue to sacrifice. It is very evident that sycophancy and complacency has set into the party. JP Nadda did a very bad job and he was rewarded with a ministerial berth. These acts will only encourage factionalism within the unit. BJP Kerala can do much more but is stifled by a weak leadership for many years now - again something which has been constantly ignored by the Party leadership. It has only encouraged factionalism within the unit. The fact remains that the BJP leadership was caught napping in its own turf! How do you expect to secure the Nation when you fail to read the pulse of your own people and that too after 10 long years in power. A lot of complacency and fickle compromises have set into the Party with a disconnection with the true sons of the soil - the RSS and the Karyakartas. A monumental mistake which can never be forgiven least forgotten. Throwing Nupur Sharma under the bus is a case in point. Time to restructure the party and build its foundations lest it leads to the beginning of the end of Hindutva and Sanathan Dharma.

This is called “round tripping”. Modi and Adani are partners in crime against all Indians--especially Hindus.
