Im starting to learn Syrian cookery skills from a lovely lady who had to leave her country. Her family have kindly allowed me to learn in their home each week. I'm excited to learn how to cook such wonderful food...especially the many types of bread.

I ate from this place a number of times. I had these flat breads with zaatar or mince/ cheese, and I can say these are my favourites. I wish I knew how to make the dough so I can I make it at home. Thanks for sharing. my work placement isn't far from here.

Zeit and Zatar (Z&Z bakery) is a few metres down the road and is incredible too. They do the most amazing breafast there and it's so affordable.
