Have you tried the muji pens in the fine point?

I was introduced to the Micron Pigma pens in 1997. They are archival and do not fade. I LOVE them. If I could only use one pen for the rest of my life, it would be the Micron!
The Tul are my second favorite. Because they are so smooth, they are my go to journaling pens.
The Mildliners are incredible. I’m interested in getting Stephanie Fleming’s new planners. She mentioned that the colors used on the dividers and stickers are based on Mildliner colors. What fun it will be to use them in Stephanie’s 2021 planners!!
I have been using the Papermate Flair pens for close to 60 years. Really! They are scratchy, so I use them sparingly. But there is something very sweet about picking up my childhood favorite every once in a while.
The Inkjoy’s come in wonderful colors, but I am disappointed by the way they skip.

I am really liking the Sharpie S-gel pens. TUL skip after a while but I love their notebooks.

Love your pen collection. I have used the Micron pens in various point sizes for years for drawing. Pens and any stationery items have been a weakness of mine and now I’m tempted by the Simply Gilded and Tul pens. Thanks for sharing!🌻

What a great video, I learnt heaps, thank you! I have the set of colourful tul pens and I love them. I like to use the colourful pens to match my spreads. 👏🇦🇺

Interesting to see what made your favourites list! I still love my black papermate flairs, but only on very smooth paper, which cuts down the drag/catching. My current obsession is the zebra Sarasa Dry Airfit Grip, in either 0.5 or 0.4. Highly recommend - it has this super comfortable, kind of squishy grip area, and writes like butter. Well. Not that butter writes, but you know what I mean. The sarasa Grand Gel are nice, too, though not quite as high on the comfort score. UNI-BALL SIGNO 307 is another one I’m fond of...and for when I want a bolder line width, I like the uni-ball air or gel impact 1.0mm. I’m also a fountain pen addict, and that’s what I do most of my non-planner writing in - I wouldn’t use FP on happy planner paper though. I like using my tombow dual brush in some of the pale colours as highlighters, and my fudenosuke’s for lettering. Favourite mechanical pencil at the moment is the Uni Kuru Toga - for non mechanical, gotta be my gorgeous Graf von Faber-Castell Perfect Pencil
I probably have more pens than is reasonable, healthy, or normal.

They are great and work Amazing with the Mildlines as well. 1 pen I am about to try is the MicroPerm Pens kinda similar to the Microns ... Just want to try them out cause I hear they are good for writing on Stickers like KAD etc shop stickers. I must say tho my favorite sticker to write on is most definitely ANY HAPPY PLANNER STICKER🥰. Thanks for sharing 👍😀

I’ve never tried villabeautiful pens but I think I might soon because they are so pretty!! I actually just got a microperm pen in one of my simply gilded boxes since all of her stickers are not matte. It writes really nice but should definitely be only used on stickers!

You have a nice collection of pens. My Micron pens are fading out as I write with them; I'm not sure why. I need to try the Tul pen and this new Sharpie S pen. Have you tried the Pentel Rolling Writer pens? The write really dark and smooth.

I just looked up the rolling writer pens. I've never heard of them before, but they look so interesting! Definitely going in my amazon cart.

What pen to use on stickers? Find at times, writing will smear on sticker.

    • @Happy2planwithDesiree
      @Happy2planwithDesiree  4 года назад

What type of stickers are you writing on? Happy planner stickers are always pretty pen friendly but I’ve seen other sticker shops use glossy type paper which is super hard to write on with regular pens.

Do any of your favs smear from your palm/ wrist. I am having some issues with the paper mate flair doing this. Looking for a change.

TUL pens are awesome. I use them all the time. I just got a new LE set of them and a set of their fineliners too. I prefer the white barrel but the black barrel with metallic accents are so pretty too.
I’ve used microns for years. They are archival and great.
I use the sharpie s-gel too. All the time. I use black in my planners and blue and red at work. But the red has issues. I don’t know if it’s just mine or the ink color that causes it to skip and perform poorly. But I have a ton of S-Gels and the red is the only one that does it.
I have all the mildliners in the brush and highlighter tip versions. Almost all of mine are the Japanese version which are slightly wetter and smoother than the US version.

Love my simply gilded pens. I'm about to try VillaBeautifful because I have heard so many people rave about them and of course I love my mild liners. I'm also in love with the new tombow pastel dual brush pens they are beautiful and I use them for highlighting too

You can get Micron pens at JoAnn's. They work great on fabric. I have used them for years to do face details on the fabric dolls I've made.

I am not very fond of the TUL pens, I have access to as many as I need ( 5+ colors) at my office, they look nice but I don't like how I write with them. Not saying they are bad pens, they are just not not for me.
