Anyway so Jamie is addressing a lot of these issues:
Charonyx -> will no longer have Lightspeed Ray; Prismatic is getting changed to Mysterious Cloak
Resentful -> will only damage 1/2 of the user's health
Cosmiore-U -> losing Surrogate
Power Jaw -> dropping from 50% to 40% (not sure if this one got cancelled)

I have never really done pvp but I am thinking about doing a kinda buzzolen team with sa zuelong pivot, kinda a meme team because buzzolen has a horrendous attack stat unless you get a crit.

Buzzolen can do solid damage, but its attacks are pretty underwhelming without a Vigorous or Marksman boosted attack. Pairing it with pivot would definitely help it by activating Volcanic Ash or giving it an opportunity to use Buck Up.

specialization powers up your moves the less of them you have. for two moves, you do x1.5 as much damage, and for a single one you do x2
