Great video! Like what you did with the mulm from the sponge filters to seed the new filter. I might be a bit boring, but I think shoals of Sterbai Corydoras, Cardinal Tetras, Rummy Noses and Harlequin Rasboras will look great. They will utilize the different layers of the water column.
Thank you, Droeks! I definitely think you're on to something with the Rummy Nose and Harlequins. I've always loved how these two species would shoal in tight schools. I'll make a mental note of it for when the tank is ready 😁
I love this scape. It's absolutely gorgeous! You could go for some nano fish. Lots of colors to choose from. I'm personally going to grab some green rasboras. I really like the way they look. I also have dwarf emerald rasboras but they hide so not the best for that tank. Looks amazing! I can't wait to see the critters in that gorgeous tank!
Thank you so much, Fran! I love the green Rasboras too! I have some in another tank. They aren't shy and always in the open. I'll definitely keep them in mind! 😁 Thanks again for the comment!
Hey well done on another awesome video !! Love the channel and you keep it packed with good info. Great to see some SA aquascaping really helpful info on where to source stuff too as its not always that easy.
@@ellies_exotics yes please, where you got the tank itself. I love the black trim on your tank and would like to look at one for myself. Just can't seem to find it on My Tanklife.
@@hvdb1234 I had the tank custom made by Aquarium Discovery. You can WhatsApp Roy and ask him for a quote. He's in Pretoria. Alternatively you can go to Animal Kingdom and look at their 3ft tanks. They also have a supplier who makes tanks using black silicon 🙂 facebook.com/profile.php?id=100087523882996&mibextid=ZbWKwL
If they are really small and uniform in shape, they're detritus worms. Completely harmless. You might be overfeeding though. If they have a triangular head, then it's unfortunately planaria which will kill your shrimp. If that's the case you can kill them with No Planaria. It's shrimp safe. Just stay within the recommended dosage. 🙂
@@ellies_exotics I think they are detritus ... because they are extremely tiny and they can't able to swim also.. thanks for the help 💖...Can we connect on Instagram
@@galaxyofcommerce3688 that's good news! Just make sure you're not overfeeding your shrimp. You are welcome to message me on Instagram as well if you'd like. The link to my Instagram page is at the top of my RUclips page 😊

Also, i think emerald rosbaras and celestial rosbaras would look epic in that tank
I was also thinking some Rasboras would be beautiful 😁

Hi Ellie
Awesome tank and video.
Could you perhaps share the link for your tank?
Thank you, Henk! What link are you referring to? Where I got the tank?
