It has increased my faith drastically and bettered my relationship with God, but I am so very mentally and emotionally exhausted. I feel like I have failed as a mother each and every day, but I have three grown children, that have great jobs, 5 beautiful and healthy granddaughters, and two, out of the three children, are very active in their Church. However, my oldest, right now, is rebelling against me and the family. I have been told by my youngest, that, I was not a good Mom. But, in my heart, God has blessed me with good Children. Regardless, I pray over each of them daily, as well as my granddaughters. I'm thankful to God for blessing me with good Children. This sermon makes me angry, seeing Furtick talk down on John the Baptist as if John was disappointed with Christ. John the Baptist said "behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world." He understood something that Jesus' disciples had trouble grasping at times

Can't wait to move NC! We are house hunting in Ballantyne/ Waxhaw area this summer. We just retired with the Air Force in the DC area, and we feel led to raise our family under a church that we believe in. We drive to Elevation from DC nearly monthly just to hear Pastor Furtick. Every service, God speaks to our family. God meets us there every time!
Yes God gave me alot of money a house and 2 cars and I gave alot out to kids and people. Lots of resistance even from the people I helped..As a single mom. I stated single 13 years as a single mom.i prefer it actually now that I've tried the opposite. My chose now God will turn it to good. Yes I tried hard to do good to my son and others no thanks even from family I understand some of what Elijah felt. In fact alot told stories and gossip about me. I do understand. I can't imagine what God feels. God wants us to say and do what holy spirit moves us too. I trying to do that too. Being a preacher is higher purpose greater attacks greater resistance.

Find his church and go to confession John 20:20-23 you will feel like a 50 pound weight is off your shoulder but you need to find his church the Early Church was called the Universal Church look up the definition of Universal Church. Read the Early Church Fathers and the Didache. But ask God for graces to show you ..

We are enough because of mercy and Grace. Have you ever received a gift from someone that you could never pay back? You took care of it and made sure it didn't have a scratch on it? You didn't do anything to deserve it. You didn't win it at a competition. You didn't purchase it with your own money, it was given to you. That's how God is toward us. He gave us something we couldn't return. That is where our worth comes from. Not what we do. Not what we have. Not even who we are. Our worth is Jesus on the inside. We're a pizza box and Jesus is the pizza.

The Lord never promise me an enjoyable life rather He told me I will be rejected, hurt and misunderstood because of the uniqueness of the gift given upon me...
