It all depends on how well you can realize how to control your dreams and know it’s not reality. Every time you walk into a new room or new setting say to yourself ‘is this a dream or is it real’. Keep saying it and making sure you say it religiously a bunch of times a day. You’ll eventually start to ask yourself in your dreams and realize you’re dreaming. It would not be legal to send non enemy combatant US citizens to GITMO. Because 98% of US Prisons/jails are not run to reform people. They are for-profit enterprises. It's a disgusting corrupted system at this point meant to keep people in the system and coming back to make as much money as possible from them. Only when you look into other countries like Sweden and Scandinavia will you find prison systems that treat the inmates like actual humans, offer them programs to rehabilitate them and genuinely have the lowest re-offense rates.

I was stationed there from 2014 to 2017, conditions there are not as described in this video.
