Tandoori chicken with Lebanese spices is one of the completely healthy and delicious dishes that I like very much; Cooking tandoori chicken with Lebanese spices is one of the recipes that is very common here and has a taste that everyone likes. Tandoori dishes are one of the healthiest cooking methods due to the lack of frying oils and boiling of food. It is a cooker that gives great pleasure to food;
Lebanese chicken is usually fried in a different way, but I really like the use of this spice in tandoori chicken and I recommend you to definitely try it.
Today, along with this delicious Tandoori chicken, my mother also made local bread with a unique recipe. It's been a few days, I hope you enjoy watching this program

ingredients:
Special sauce for Lebanese chicken
Chicken
Black pepper
red pepper
Salt
Turmeric
tomato
sweet pepper
mushroom
potato
garlic
an onion
How to prepare:
We clean the chickens and season them with Lebanese spices, salt, red and black pepper, and turmeric and let them rest for a while, then after adding some water, we put them in the oven until they cook well; Potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onions and mushrooms are skewered and grilled in the oven.
After cooking the chicken, take it out of the oven, add some butter to it, and this time put the dish in the bottom of the oven for better frying. After a few minutes, our food is ready.

There is so much to be impressed with in this video. Two woman obviously not afraid of hard work, digging holes, carrying stones, mixing mortor and building an oven. Yet manage to keep hands looking beautiful. I was also impressed that when you finished the oven you took time to decorate the top with a pattern, adding to the beauty of this video. Your garments also beautiful. I could not help but noticing how much the two woman in picture on the bottom of the water basen looked like you and your friend. On top of all of this you cook an incredible meal in such a traditional way celebrating your heritage and keeping the arts alive for another generation. Truly impressive.

It is the most wonderful shows, including the others , in you tube. The beauty of the scenery, , the flowers and the fruits displays , the cows, the the chickens, the lambs and the dog.The way you are and your family are dressed up with colorfull flowery colours clothes, and of course your excellent cuisine 5 stars.. All this without a noisy music but the beautiful music of nature. I am amazed how strong your mother is , she can cut wood, carry on back and climb the hill, start the fire and cook without showing any weakness. All the women in your show have outstanding beautiful face much beautiful than hollywood stars.

He is also originally from Punjab India. I realised a while ago that I had the same surname as someone I met ( he was from Afghanistan).
