1) Holding back means that Sukuna held back all of his arsenal, it would be dumb holding back stats againist the guy who can actually kill you in a few moves. So in the end, with world cutting cleave, it was shown what would have happened if Sukuna didn't hold back and used all of his arsenal.
2) 10 Shadows is the only reason Sukuna was copable of getting past Infinity, and even more, ten Shadows' Adaptability wheel was the reason world cutting cleave was made in the first place.
*3) Sukuna still wins due to stronger domain (Megumi's body was a strength nerf + True form also buffs it), but I was stating your mistakes.*
