The statement that time stops when a person travel faster would be from a perspective of an external observer. An external observer would see that time is slowing down for an other subject that is traveling at great speeds, but for the actual traveller himself or herself everything will be normal, they will not experience any such effects. This explanation is not being emphasized in many of the books explaining relativity and causes confusion in the minds of the reader. Once this point is understood, understanding relativity becomes "relatively 😂" easy. Thank you

In the perspective of time still exists in its frame of references but in the other frames of references it appears to be frozen. Also "when something travels at the speed of light, it can do time travel" Nothing can never travel "future" in time even if it travels at the speed of light. At max it can just appear to be frozen in time.

I have some doubts
1) Proton has both wave and particle characteristics, but what was the exact colour of a proton ( ex: sunlight as Yellow and star as white, is it because of particle characteristics? )?
2) For example if a spaceship was moving at light speed (Consider the whole ship as an artificial proton made by humans), then astronauts inside the space ship also have wave and particle characteristics right!! then is it creating any impact on his body? are they able to survey?
3) And the last, even the proton have some lifespan right, after travelling to certain lightyears, it will dead/disappear?. because it requires some energy to travel right!!
