Was my home in 2014.. Was standing in HQ Backpackers for some days and then we got kicked out while a football game by the world cup... Afterwards I was in the Original Backpackers for around 10 weeks and it was the best time of my life 😂😢😅😅😊🎉❤
I always thought with it bein Australia it would some how look prettier , bein from the uk where our streets are also anything but!!also I’m curious as to what sort of time this was filmed as the streets look very quiet! Even in our villages here in the uk you can hardly walk without bumping into someone , the streets in this video look very quiet and has plenty of space .. perhaps it’s really early ?

The 80's onward, ruined the once artistic, bohemian beauty of the old Kings Cross...50's n 60's,70's, had classy jazz clubs, Surf City, Paradise Jazz, Manzil Room, theatres, classy restaurants, a few cafes including the famous Piccolo Bar first run by Ozzy and later around 77 onwards, Vito. Burlesque shows, Les Girls, the sexworkers were on William Street not the glittering mile. Great until uncultured youth, backpackers came simply just to get drunk and drugged up, cause trouble. Hopefully now it can outprice the riffraff, returning back to a classier place it once was that always respected the local community...
