Great review! The only that puzzles me is that you said one could play the basic game in 30 minutes, but core rule book is 60 pages long. I’d say that it would take few hours to digest it.

You took damage from the rear gunners coming from the flank. Is this correct? I thought I read somewhere that Stukas can only hit you when attacking them from the rear. 2nd, around 31:00 you were attacking an isolated portion of the bombers but I believe you used the together column on the card for results? Again, great stuff here.
Condolences about your Mum. FYI, when you make the Low Ammo dieroll to identify which plane in the 3-plane Section becomes Low Ammo, you should use the 3 ranges of numbers on the display, not the odd/even range.
I'm not following how you are doing the disruption. It looks to me like you should only be counting, fallen or destroyed bombers, bomber damage, and fighter tokens.

Thank you, yes you are correct you only take damage from the tail of the Stuka. Also should have used isolated section well spotted. Jk

Hi, I am fairly new to wargaming, but I really fancy a thematic dog fighting game. Which would you recommend this or storm/skies above the Reich?
