Thank you all for watching my CNC machining video! I'm thrilled to share this project with you. The precision and craftsmanship involved in creating this piece were truly a labor of love. I'm proud of the end result and the effort that went into it. I hope you enjoyed watching the process and seeing the machine in action. Stay tuned for more exciting CNC machining projects coming your way. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe to my channel for future updates. Happy machining!🥰
@@oddmachinist damn hahaha okay that's interesting and impressive I have to say. I work on a DMG DMU 50 3rd Gen, and if you look it up, you can tell it's just a different world. But we actually rarely use CAM at work, we mostly do rapid prototyping and programm most stuff by hand with the Heidenhain 640 controls.
That's sounds amazing brother😍! DMGs are the best✌. We're still a small scale machine shop in Sri Lanka brother. This machine is Kiwa Excel 510 VMC. Almost 25 years old. But works well with a great accuracy. We use drip feed method cuz the Fanuc OM controllers have no memory. So we mostly use CAM😊.
@@oddmachinist that's pretty cool. But in regards to the part, I would have approached it quite differently. Since it's a 5 axis that would have been a relatively simple 1 op part. But yeah, different tools require different measures...

❤️❤️❤️
Thank you😍
damn... I am very happy to work on a newer machine with tsc and auto toolchanger and some much newer software xD

Yes brother😊. But still we do not have 5 axis ones. But machining this part on a VMC is a cool experience.
