I think using fruity send is better than using the routing cables when doing parallel processing. For some reason it sounds better to me and it allows you to hear the processed audio without having to disconnect the bus from the master, all you have to do is solo the mixer track you're using as the parallel
Only issue I can see is that folks may not understand the signal flow. I believe using Fruity Send also requires sidechaining to use the outputs. Your method is not wrong, for teaching others, I can see how a beginner might get confused however
Around 15:00 in thanks a while back I started using the channel volume first to mix now its easier 👍🏾 after watching one of your videos 🫡 I use to use the fader for my leveling at the very beginning smh 🤦🏾 wrong
Can you make a video explaining why fruity compressors make the signal louder than it says as the (-# DB) because on FL it may read as -6 DB but on RUclips or other audio editors it will play as -2 DB
There are many variables here. I would assume maybe that the ratio is below 1:1 , this causes expansion of the audio and not compression, which would result in a volume increase. I would need to know all of your settings to understand your perspective, using Fruity Compressor.
@@busyworksbeats I see yes, also I noticed that if you normalize audio too much it won't read properly anymore I did this the other night and the audio had gotten louder (I tested the audio upload on RUclips)
I thought you only used the mixer channels for automation only. You're supposed to gain stage with plugins and with the regular volume knob in the plugins itself, like in the synths🤔🤔 never mind i jist saw you explained it further inthe video i thought i was going crazy
@@busyworksbeats I never touch the mixer channels to be honest just gain stage with EQ plugins and or a clipper I've noticed whenever I use the mixer fader it makes my sound sound bad in mono or the whole sound itself is just to quiet
You single handily gave me 99% of everything I needed to know from day one since 2016, now I got platinum placements
that's awesome!! congratulations in your journey
Busy works Beats is a blessing to producers!!!
Noice explaining the bus game. Thank you mang.
thanks bro
Good video thanks homie

Thanks, Game
for some reason the group channels wont work for me. my channels wont route to the group track manually
Always overloading CPU. Can you think about this ?
Ayoooo?! 24? :o
круто!

Mixer channels are also important for exporting multitracks and pin pointing sounds that need to be edited.

@@busyworksbeats yeah I use them to export lol because sometimes my computer gets hot from to many sounds if that's what you mean
