We have screw units operating for years without problems. Excellent mechanical stability, efficiency and performance in medium and low compression ratio with ammonia. Compared to other alternatives, it is one of the best.
Fine video fine video but i see several mistakes: 0:55 - two pairs of bearings show on discharge side like cylindrical bearings, without any ball bearing 1:55 - first pair of bearings after rotors must be cylindrical and only second pair - boll bearing. 1:55 and antil the end - pair of rotors have wrong direction of revolving relative to the suction and discharge sides.
It's a good video. Can any one tell me please what is the purpose of the following: 1) "economizer gas inlet" located near the Discharge end? 2) "spring loaded spool / sliding control valve" located near the inlet end? And is it manually/ externally actuated? Thanks for sparing your valuable time.
I have screw compressor when i use motor without couple of compressor is amps ok but when i couple compressor double amps shows in motor without any load what is the problem
I must say dat This screw compressor is copy of Kirloskar make screw air compressor and a thing which looks like gold dat doesn’t be gold..एक क्रान्तिकारी

Frick screw compressors don't use N profile screws. And the rotation shown is backwards.
Frick India use N profile.
