- Figured I would show you guys a 1971 Jeep CJ6 Fire Department special with under 6k miles I picked up. What should I do with it?
This Jeep CJ6 is worth restoring, there is nothing on this Jeep that can't be fixed!
These are body shops that can restore the floor panels with sheet metal, and make it all original, and repaint it too!
This is a great project too work on, plenty of options!
I was on Charlestown fire when that was in service. It was a great grass unit for us. Love seeing it again. Keep it till I can buy it
Dog please don’t disappear you have awesome content. I just found out about you. I don’t need another awesome Jeep guy get downed by his view count.
Thanks brother I appreciate it! I'm gonna be here to post, I have a couple willys videos coming up, I just bought 5 2021 6x6 argos from a farm today and just got back from Florida yesterday from buy I cool Japanese car. Video will be up next week!
Great vehicle 👌 it's like a pickup Jeep very handy for putting stuff in the back 👍
It reminds me to old 1980s Bburago 1/24 car models. Nice rig, i would keep it.
Awesome Jeep. 😎👍
Keep it! That thing is so awesome and worthy of being kept in the stable. Too cool to let go. Classic Enterprises might carry replacement panels? Sort of in a similar situation, I thought I was going to look at a CJ-3A a while back, but when I started researching it (after buying it lol) I found out it was actually a rare CJ-V35/U. My plans changed to keep it surviving in its current condition (mostly), which is basically like a 3A mechanically, but with the V-35 cosmetics. Makes a hell of a conversation piece! I couldn't bring myself to do any extreme mods.
Great vid, have a sub! Can't wait to see more about this jeep and your other projects! Keep making stuff, please!
I'd like to see you hang on to this one, and create more content with it! It's most definitely a rare and extremely cool Jeep
Keep it and fix it. You will not regret it .
That’s a sweet rig! Im guessing the reason it probably has multiple flashers is for the emergency lights on the cowl
I think I would fix the easy stuff. Hang on to it till you get tired of it. It’s pretty cool.
Score! Dude I subbed love your stuff!
Great vehicle my Friend.Just like i wished to have before, but unfortunately didn't materialize.
There's always time, stuff is out there everywhere!
71 jeep cjs had a fuel tank under the drivers seat. This one has a fuel spout in the back passenger side. this is probably a 73 or later.
Nice CJ6! If you’re looking to sell as is…you should let me know! I’d do minor mods to get it updated and solidly road worthy, then enjoy it!!
I think I messaged you on facebook, let me know!
Lucky
also, 71 cis had a master cylinder access by the accelerator pedal. This one does not. Not a 71...
Cut out the Plywood and Weld in some Steel.
Hey man - I’ve got a chance to buy this thing from (I’m assuming, the people you sold it to). Anything you’d be keen to share about it that might not have been in this video? The reason for selling it, etc?
Hey sorry just now seeing this, are you in Tennessee? Also no the jeep was great, I heard the new owner put a nice top on it and was loving it.
@@BuyFixFlip Nah - I'm out in NC but ended up passing on it anyway. I think they ended up selling it not too long after I commented this haha. I found a CJ3B that's been real fun too.
