OMG. That's goofy. I'm in Auburn, WA, just finishing the break-in on my 2023 Z125, and while I would never consider taking this thing anywhere near a mountain pass, the fact that someone has proven it's possible makes me feel happy about buying the bike. Thanks!
I live in Auburn WA as well. I am looking at buying a z125 2017 these things look super fun I am tired of riding my sport bike been riding 15 but I bought a gsxr 2008 k8 600 new and still got it you might’ve seen me with a black gsxr white rims
MANY people over ewwtube have done similar things with the Honda Cub, Monkey, etc. and smaller CC things IE scooters and there are yearly organized scooter rides (150cc or less) that do cross-country stuff here in the USA. It's not as un-common as peeps would think.
This is an impressive journey on the Z125. I drive one nearly everyday as a commuter and often imagine taking a trip like this. It's nice to know that it's possible, respect!
I went on a 100 miles trip recently on z125 pro, had so much fun. I honestly recommend people to get a second bike like these just for pure adventures. I can't take my big one and jump into little trails and stuff. I think Honda has the right idea with Honda Trail 150 but it needs to be midgeted down. lol
Great video. I’m heading out on a 1000 mile ride, in Sept 2024, on a 125cc powered bike. I enjoyed your style of video, with quick, short updates. I may attempt the same style video on my ride. Thanks for the inspiration!
What kind of gas do you put in unleaded or premium? I’m In Auburn wa as well. I am looking at buying a 2017 z125 this is awesome you you put the luggage on the back do you have a video installing it and all the mods you have done? Also did you have an extra gas incase you run out ?
I used 87 octane gas in my Z125, I looked through forums and that's what people were saying, and I never had any problems. I made the luggage rack myself from scratch, but I didn't make a video about it. I did carry a little water bottle sized gas canister but I never needed it.
I live in the PNW and the only thing Goldie back from the mini bike is the lack of ABS available here and the large amount of rain. How does it handle in the rain w/ decent tires?
I do my best to avoid rain on motorcycles, but sometimes it's unavoidable. I never had a problem on my z125 but I took it very easy and only hit rain a handful of times. When it's raining I'm a big fan of being under the roof of a car haha

The actual American dream on 2-wheels! Hopefully I can attempt something like this on mine someday soon.

Should do good wheelies with that bag hanging off the back. Also, will keep you from looping out.
I love bros sense of humor 💀

Impressive eventhough you didn't make it. You got some serious nads to even take it on!
How many miles did you cover round trip?
Thanks! And it was about 1,000 Miles total
My neck of the woods!!! I'm in Clarkston WA

6:44 him eating the cheese stick like that is a crime
Desperate times call for desperate measures

Yo, use a SHARPIE for the bolts on your wind screen temporarily. Spray paint it when you get back home. Peace
What seat addition do you have there?
I just cut down some foam in the rear of the seat so I can sit farther back without sliding forwards
Why is your plate bent up? That’s not too honest
The tire hits it with all the weight, hence the tire shaped bend in the center lol
I'm going to Grom from Cocoa Fl. to Savanna GA this year. Taking A1A to US.1 to Highway 17. I'm 70 YO so wish me luck.
That sounds like fun, good luck!
