As a quilter, I'm glad that you were able to give away the cabinets you didn't need, but I know exactly how wonderful your mom felt about that room. I'm glad she was able to enjoy it for a time.
It was her dream room, for sure. She made several quilts for our kids in here when our two oldest were born. ❤
Pole Barn office...needs a bathroom, you know lessen the friction when it's snowing out.
Enjoyed seeing your process behind your thoughts of your office setup. Did you know you can use the 1522+ NAS and work off video and photos super fast and have huge data storage too. Using the 10GBe adaptor is a game changer with it providing speeds of up to 1000mb sec as opposed to 100

Awesome that your family was able to step-up for your brother Matt. I know it's not always been easy. Regarding photo books, I wish I still had an excellent book on composition from my early days in photography. It was all B&W and showed examples of leading lines and general composition tips. Anyway...something that I never forgot was that your eye is MAGNETICALLY drawn to the lightest area of a photograph. So many photo/filmmaking RUclipsrs insist on placing BG lights facing the camera. When you include things like your window and white Husky cabinet in the opposite corner of the frame, it distracts us from the most important thing in the shot. Your face. Still frame this video and put your hands into compositional "Ls" like a movie director. Go ahead. Place your left-hand 'L' over the window frame with your thumb along the bottom and make a backward-facing 'L' with your right hand over the bottom right corner of this image. BOOM! We're looking at you Matt! Please, be the change. Maybe you can even convince @benjhaisch to stop blinding me with Octabanks and light sabers in his vids...Cheers!
