Sounds good, and looks very clean I will say, but I think I still prefer my Fi Exhaust full valvetronic turbo back on mine. Sounds just like a Supra to me. Nice loud pops and crackles.
FI makes a great product too. I have no complaints with AWE. Been the perfect setup for my taste.

I am so jealous, that its obviously no problem to drive exhausts like this in the US (or at least in a lot of states there) and here in germany nearly NOTHING is allowed in terms of car tuning.
Dang thats sucks for sure! With the thing I had this car making 500hp and it was so fast!

sure, we have no speed limit at some parts of the Autobahn (but FAR from "everywhere"), which is nice ....but even this is in discussion all the time because all the left-green retards started to go crazy over the last years. I am not sure, how much longer we will have the autobahn without speed limit....

In this video. You put this AWE exhaust on, you still have the stock down pipe...right? I love the sound...popping and cracking.
Yeah this was stock downpipe. I ended up adding the downpipe later and it was awesome!

Great video, I have the same exhaust. How do you get your Supra up onto the jack stands for this type of work?
Just using the floor jacks. And then putting the stands under the front and rear suspension
this is the best exhaust my only issue is giving up the back flap. the tips are perfect
PatrickJS The stock valve is useless anyways. Check out the vid in the description about that. It barely makes a difference in the sound. The engine tuning in sport mode is what makes it louder
@@BrosFOURRSpeed its useless for the stock exhaust its meant for aftermarket. I think it depends on where you live if you care or not. In California, where i live, the police dont like loud asf exhaust so you always want to lower the volume around them

@@BrosFOURRSpeed for off the lot stock the Supra is gorgeous as is but there is always room for improvement to make it someone's own. Rims and exhaust upgrade make it even better

Sean Waterloo Yeah that’s how I felt. Most systems just sounded stock as far as active tone. The pops were louder but that was it. This one is exactly what I wanted!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed just heard the HKS with down pipe, sounds pretty good as well. Definitely changed that car around. But other than yours and HKS, I would rather stock then the way the others that have been out sound.

How the sport makes differnece in sound since you took off the valve??
The valve is actually nearly all a gimmick. Sport mode has different engine tuning which gives it the pops.

how long did the install take you?
Just a few hours. It's really not all too difficult. Took us longer since we filmed it. But I could probably do this in under 2 hours with no filming. Ordering this same kit for my new Supra! We even carry it on our website now ;)

Why did you go with a resonated version over a non-resonated version?

Not hard at all depending on your experience. Just installed this on my new Supra once again. Two people definitely makes it much easier tho

Do you need a tune after you install a down pipe?
yes. You'll get a check engine light being catless. And the tune will bump up the power tremendously with the free flowing exhaust.

This is the 3L turbo inline 6! The 2L was only offered with the 2021 models.
Did you get any CEL after installation?
Nope. Why would I? There has been nothing changes associated with any of the sensors in the car

This was pretty easy to do on jack stands. Not worth the $100 for the lift. Was well worth it for the GTR downpipes tho ;)
