Your teaching method is very simple and effective. Thank you!
I had a doubt, shouldn't cultural system be a part of Latency? Because beliefs, values and norms are the actual hidden aspects. And 'Integration' be the coordination and the social system in general.

Culture on the other hand acts as a gigantic source of integration.
