Palace Station Oyster bar is always busy but if you don’t mind waiting, it is worth the effort.
Oysters are a must at the Oyster Bar. It's actually cheap compared to other places.
Not worth the wait or money. Why eat with the crowd when you could eat by yourself at the UNLV cafeteria.

I was wondering what you were up to in this hot August heat.
I usually go around 600am - 700am. There was no line at that time. But it usually depends on the "day".
Tried it at Durango… little wait but very delicious! Did not disappoint! Looking forward to trying it at Red Rock resort in two weeks!

Did you say that you take a "lactose pill"? Does it allow you to eat any creamy items without the consequences?
There is always a consequence. It's how much is it mitigated. Me I will eat bacteria infused yogurt and/or take a Lactobacillus pill to help with the lactose. I have found vegetable matter helps as well, but we know how well that would work out here...

Palace Station Oyster Bar Boulsbaise is the BEST !! 😋 and it's worth the price, you won't be disappointed! 😊... South Point casino's Oyster Bar is also very good !! 👍

Suncoast oyster bar is also good.
The equipment they use to prepare your pan roast is called a steel kettle heated usually by electric as you mentioned but bigger floor units will use gas, mainly used in restaurants for soups or chowders. Thx for the video.

I've tried most of the Sation Casino pan roasts and it hits the spot. I also heard PK Oyster makes a great one too. There is supposed to be a great new Mexican restaurant inside PS now.

Those cooking pots are heated by super hot steam which is routed from a central boiler somwhere in the building. They don't burn/scortch the food as it is cooking.

Not a fan of the sourdough bread but everything else is superb. It's best when you actually stay at the Palace so you can wait till there is no line and really get to take your time to enjoy the food. Gotta up the heat level a couple of notches.
