The main reason నాకు తెలిసిన అంత వరకు బీహార్ లో డిగ్రీ లెవెల్ లో ఆర్ట్స్ ఎక్కువగా చదువుతారు. ఆర్ట్స్ చదివితే ఎక్కువగా private sector లో జాబ్స్ ఉండవు కాబట్టి వాళ్ళు ఎక్కువ కాంపిటీటివ్ exams కి ప్రిపేర్ అవ్తరు.. మనలా b. tech medicine, bsc bcom చేసేవాళ్ళు ఎక్కువగా బీహార్ లో ఉండరంట

To some extent it is true. Lack other opportunities, youth is left with no option to apply Govt jobs. In my 26 years of Central Govt service, I worked with many Bihari officers and observed other Bihari permanent employees. Majority of them lacks minimum IQ and sometimes I feel how they cleared tough examinations. In Bihar, SSC, UPSC exam centres are rigged by mafia and selected applicants are assisted with experts from outside. Same is happening in Haryana now. In Haryana, entire centre invigilators, staff and principal are bought overnight with tens of crores of rupees. Please stop giving excuses if Biharis have low iq then how they are selected in such a huge number in any competitive exam not selected but topped in exam . Now stop excuses of their bad english And low intelligence because it is like that at all you people give excuse that They give exam in Hindi and crack because if exam mafia or help of government . And the experience you have gained on judging some Bihari your are saying but I have travelled across India and I have more experienced than you and your people about Bihari . They are excellent problem solvers in any situation and fluent English speakers in other states .I have met people of Tamil Nadu and Jammu Kashmir they are Nice and sweet but sometimes they get extremely abusive to me even I talk with them nicely . Every top position acquired by Bihari not because they are useless and simply government give them jobs but because of their high intelligence And talent . Event Sridhar vembu said that Bihar has huge number of talents and their potential is limitless . even He is now learning Hindi to come to Bihar. In a national survey it is clearly presented on given facts which have been collected from India that only bihar students excel in complex Math skills in highest number and no other state is even Close to bihar except bengal . By the way I have seen and met many South Indian students And people who lack in common sense and don't understand but keeping Making fun Of others. many South Indian who hold Elie position don't know to solve any critical issues and finally They come to others for help And I wonder how even they got selected in such position . Lastly I must that Bihar is holy land where Budda got wisdom. And Knowledge so it is obvious that people from there are naturally more intelligent than rest in nation .I Also agree there are many loopholes in Bihar political system and many students left education because of poverty but they are hard-working And intelligent. Even this Girl who was born in Hyderabad Ishita Kishore Top upsc with air-1 Also have roots of Bihar . So you May complain And exaggerate to release your frustration but the truth will never change . It is true cheating is going there but it is equally true that they are intelligent like there is no other village in the entire nation who produce 300 to 400 iitans this village also in Bihar and iit exam is full of cut off so Yeah it is no joke . If you don't believe in central government report And see it that definitely government has hand in selecting them then your are idiot because government report speaks the truth And Govt rules for exam is equal for all whether it's north or south .

But Duffers hailed mostly from Bihar with minimum or no IQ are occupying Government posts. @@SachinKumar-br3cw Agree, duffers are everywhere. I stick to my original observation. Lack of other opportunities drives Bihar youth opting for Government jobs. Bitter facts are hard to swallow. Entry level Civil Servant salary (Group A services like IAS, IPS, IRS, etc.) is Rs.56,100/- per month. There is no charm left in civil services at present and we cannot expect honesty from people with this meagre salaries. With no other choices left, youth from Gangatic plain put greater effort in civil services examinations whereas people from other parts of India normally never thought of applying UPSC civils. But rigging of SSC/ UPSC examinations in Bihar is more prevalent.
