The problem is a lot of you are overstuffing your bags that causes the wear and tear. A laptop doesn't belong in your purse. I keep my laptop in an actual laptop bag that is designed to hold such a heavy device and charger. And bags don't look good when they are stuffed to death. I just ordered this bag and I plan on only carrying the essentials
Entertaining, informative video! I stopped by to see how the corners of your tote looked after a year of regular carry. No visible wear until you showed them close up, which was my experience, too. I loved my City Tote for about 2 months of babying it. But I fretted about those corners. So I sold it and considered the pricey Neverfull. In the end, I opted for the mid-price MCM tote (w/wristlet pouch). If you are looking for a replacement at some point, you may want to check that out. Mine lasted years, and I eventually sold it in great condition. Rocking a Michael Kors saffiano leather work tote now. Totally worry free - it is pristine after 6 months and may outlive me, lol. Just some options to consider!

I feel like with tote bags if they are being used daily they will tend to show wear and tear faster. I had a few longchamp totes and as amazing as they were the corners were super worn and I didn’t ever stuff the bag unless I was using it as an overnight bag or travel which wasn’t very often. I’m definitely looking to add this tote to my collection just as a travel bag but good to be aware of what to look out for. Tfs! 😊
I bought the madison 29002 instead because i hate the logos on the bag. Same problem with strap. The rubber trim came off....i solved the straps by adding trilly.
You are being really modest when you say you aren't complaining about the cons. It is an expensive bag, I bought this bag in khaki color, used it for 2 months. Treated it like a baby, took care of it like a baby. Had no bag insert and I pack really light, still the corners started wearing off with in 2 months. I was really sad about it, because in my country you don't get these bags cheap. And even after taking so much care of it so that it doesn't get scratched, the corners wore off. So sad. This shouldn't hav happened. Really sad to knoe you coach logo fell off
I just received my city tote that i ordered on black Friday and the horse and carriage emblem in the front is missing, disappointing, but i'm going to keep her anyway. yes they shouldn't have put the emblem on the inside and outside. Thank you for the video 😊

100% agree. overstuffing it cause a lot of wear and tear.
They have a size comparison chart on the website that includes a laptop. They should probably remove that.
