Pono had always dreamed of visiting Nantucket. The quaint island charm and picturesque views called to him, promising a peaceful escape. But as he arrived, an unexpected chill settled in his bones. By the second day, Pono found himself in bed, shivering with a fever. The vibrant streets and cozy cafes he longed to explore became distant dreams as he battled the illness. Wrapped in blankets, sipping herbal tea, he listened to the distant sound of the ocean, hoping for a swift recovery. Nantucket’s beauty would have to wait, but Pono knew he'd return someday to experience it in full health.
