Yeah she's unobtainable during season for free, as will all future descendants. Game is dead at that point. Pre season it had 20k players, jumped to 120k for season release and niw it's below 20k.
Yeah she is worth it and fun play as...I just stand far away from bosses and do about 1 to 4 mill damage from a distance with her sniper skill power...her freezing rail gun does a lot of damage but you have to be close to the colossi...
3 shots Hard Pyro, Devourer and 5 shots on Dead Bride. Around 8 to 16 seconds each boss fight so far You pop 3rd Skill, then second one then ult and dead. Ult Is modified by gun in hand Piercing Light is the way with her

Hailey looks like she will be an absolute beast. I cant wait to see what her trans mod will be. They said they will eventually introduce the ability to transfer progress from a regular descendant to an ultimate. Until that happens i just cant see myself maxing a regular character THEN turning around and doing the same all over again for the ultimate. It costs too much time and resources, but im very please with what ive seen so far.
I'm pretty sure the decimals seen in ratios is because the actual number is a fraction of 2 to some power. It's probably not 8902%, it's probably 72,925/8192
Thoughts on using Preemptive Strike? Sure it is only one shot but... Might make for a powerful sniper shot there. Also the possibility for Walk a Tightrope. Interesting.

2 polar nights 2 annihilations, i would also swap focus on chill for chill specialist. Front lines is a must you could also use dangerous ambush for slightly more damage when not being targeted. Time distribution is also a good swap for mp conversion. The extra 50% HP comes in clutch if you have trouble with survivability.
Nah Slayer will be a must have the skill power boost is massive for her. Focus on chill is used for the cooldown, chill specialist would be more damage but at the cost of not being able to cycle the skills.
I feel like the ability to reposition by rolling during her 4th ability should be added, similar to the Mesa's Waltz mod in warframe. a whole transcendent mod just for that wouldn't be worth it but it would probably feel way better to play in a game where you usually have to keep moving
I was wondering if using hailey as gun platform rather then gley. Her 1 and 3 skills adds alot of damage but its a question of having enough cd, skill cost reduction and skill duration up. Was wondering if geared like that, she will have enough uptime of those 2 skills on a colossus fight. If that's the case it would be a much higher dps then what gley offers now.
The point of the guaranteed drops was to allow less rng in getting her. If one plays the invasions every day (which doesn’t take long once you learn them) players will have her soon enough. I can’t believe that folks are freaking out about the time to acquire her.

No point, game is boring as f. Literally nothing to do after you make one or two descendants. And here is the kicker, in season 1 that will last for 3months they will just add one collosi and that's it, no new content, no new maps, no story, nothing.
Don't waste your time farming for Haley because the missions and the grind is just not worth it. The way that they have done the new missions is really annoying especially solo.
I personal don't use sets you don't need them at all any build I use does almost near as great and I get better survivability since I have yhe exact components I want for every character some need be better but most are the best in slot

If you get at least 30% skill crit rate on your reactor (gold roll, max possible is 33%), you can reach 100% crit with just the two purple crit modules.
so use the three skill crit mods that say damage maybe since you cant use another crit rate mod if you use the blue 1 them maybe crit rate on a reactor for solo n damage with luna maybe enzo idk how it interacts with them yet but either way i feel the blue crit rate mod is too high crit rate on its own already thats id say purely from a nuking bosses perspective
I'm curious how you are leveling as i usually run spec ops missions for most xp but they are highly saturated with enemy buffs like the bubble shields and mana drain. Can any of her skills penetrate the shields if not how do you deal with that on higher waves?
Beyond stupid to keep her trans mods dripfeed. They even addressed in a interview how people only invest in one character at a time cause resources are limited. Knowing that WHY would you still willingly lock away parts of a character knowing most people will not invest until all mods come out. So so so stupid

Dude i have her about 60% built and i swear the damage she deals is ridiculous. She wont kill bosses like lepic but her sniper is insane you dont need mana to pull it out and mine does 3 mil a hit on bosses and regens mana and im not even built.
She is not using weapon to deal DMG, you use her buff plus her skill weapon, she can one shot all bosses pre obstructor with no build at all, all you need is weapon with highest possible base DMG because it's how her skill scales. So it that light something sniper currently. Using any other weapons results in very very low DMG.
@@taoday118 yes she is definitely better than sharen. Her sniper scales of off both skill modifiers (chill modifier) and your weapons base damage like gley. But cold fury her 3rd skill buffs skill crit hit rate, penetration, crit hit damage and skill power. She also debuffs with cryo stacking another 50% increased damage on enemies effected with cryo she is insane. Im hitting 3 mil a shot and she not even maxed out aswell as my weapon.
i already swiped and i was doing The Fortress special defence mission and i was messing around with the skill if you use her 3 then 1 and at max stacks if you use 2 i hit for 8mil damage i put a activator in (no catalysts yet because she was lvl 23 at the time) some crit damage and crit hit rate and when I saw 8 mil pop up I was like 0.0 "huh? what?"

Yeah, especially since dedicated snipers and sharpshooters in real life do parkour and 360 trickshots while mid air... fuck off dude she's a professional sniper who root's herself to line up the perfect shot... and considering how much dumb dumb damage she does... learning when to root yourself in place is a good trade off, and the video doesn't show it but it has an alternate animation into the root if you're moving whole activating it so you can quickly enter it, get a few shots off then exit it... it really isn't as bad as you think.

as far as i know it is a scout rifle so much less base attack but yeah you could debuff the enemy then switch to piercing light and ult

depends on descendants, The abilities that are on the ground and all aoe abilities go trough shields

@@taoday118 yes she is definitely better than sharen. Her sniper scales of off both skill modifiers (chill modifier) and your weapons base damage like gley. But cold fury her 3rd skill buffs skill crit hit rate, penetration, crit hit damage and skill power. She also debuffs with cryo stacking another 50% increased damage on enemies effected with cryo she is insane. Im hitting 3 mil a shot and she not even maxed out aswell as my weapon.
i already swiped and i was doing The Fortress special defence mission and i was messing around with the skill if you use her 3 then 1 and at max stacks if you use 2 i hit for 8mil damage i put a activator in (no catalysts yet because she was lvl 23 at the time) some crit damage and crit hit rate and when I saw 8 mil pop up I was like 0.0 "huh? what?"

I'm not impressed. The animation lock and speed decrease will make her useless without an Ajax bubble, especially if she goes glass cannon build. Terrible Descendant design.
Yeah, especially since dedicated snipers and sharpshooters in real life do parkour and 360 trickshots while mid air... fuck off dude she's a professional sniper who root's herself to line up the perfect shot... and considering how much dumb dumb damage she does... learning when to root yourself in place is a good trade off, and the video doesn't show it but it has an alternate animation into the root if you're moving whole activating it so you can quickly enter it, get a few shots off then exit it... it really isn't as bad as you think.
Yeah locking into big slow animations is never fun. However, in the damage is worth it?
Dude i have her about 60% built and i swear the damage she deals is ridiculous. She wont kill bosses like lepic but her sniper is insane you dont need mana to pull it out and mine does 3 mil a hit on bosses and regens mana and im not even built.
