On March 16, 2021, I find myself in the kitchen with one of them humans with wings I’m always talking about. Becki and her husband, Jack, hosted me for the week I was in Kennewick.
Anyhow, on this day, she shows how she uses cannabis flower (as well as stems & leaves) to make FECO Full Extract Cannabis Oil. Using Everclear and a small portable distiller, Becki lets nothing go to waste.......truly showing whole plant medicine.
While making the FECO, she demonstrates her process for reusing the cannabis flower and infusing coconut oil.
Afterwards, she does a show n tell with some of the many cannabis creations she’s made: Medibles (candies, gummies, chocolates); Topicals (pain relieving spray, a salve, and tincture); cannabis capsules; and even suppositories (perfect for those needing some pain relief who have a hard time keeping food down and not able to smoke).
I end this episode with the usual invitation & challenge with us at the Clover Island lighthouse.
