Yes bro if im not wrong Tirap, Longding ,changlang district is inhabitat by Nagas its share border with Mon district of Nagaland state .if u want to know more ask kongyak guys they will explain you better .
They are speaking Nefamese language. It is a borrowed language from Assamese. Nefamese is similar to Assamese and Nagamese. Till 1980s Nefamese was widely spoken in all over Arunachal. But today after introduction of Hindi only few districts in the state uses Nefamese language.
