I’d have to get a spatula with a longer handle to fold. Beautiful work smarter not harder. CLEAN - ORGANIZED kitchen! I do miss a floor mixer but not that heavy bowl when it’s full. I never thought of using pasta cutter for my cakes - I’m stealing idea. Miss cake ends. I used to make the kitchen staff cake pops or petit fours anything to keep them away from the main desserts.

The cakes look good! But whipped cream that is not like a good chantilly at all. It is just barely aerated (which might be good if you were making a mousse for an entremet, but not so much for how you’re using it. But pretty colors!

Glad I didn't waste my time. I had to turn it off. That looks more like a glaze. Not a cake covered in whipped cream, lol. If I'm going to use whipped cream it's not going to be used as a glaze. Those are 2 different recipes 😄
