The reporter is asking negative questions that are you agree or spend your time countering the question. That is not journalism that is opinion. The guest was making valid points and the host was trying him to get him to say something else.
This man is a Statesman. He's older, wiser and he understands deeper things. This is the type of leader the black community needs, not the Al Sharpton type.

Barely literate, unskilled, non-English speaking immigrants from third-world countries have little hope of success in a highly educated, highly technical country, regardless of race or religion. They just to the add to legions of urban poor and tend to have many more children than most Americans. While I object to the profane language, I agree that adding to the poverty-stricken population is not good for America and the least affluent, least educated members of US society are the ones who suffer the most. It may sound high-minded to bring these people here, but it is the poor who will have to compete with them for scarce jobs...think about the unintended consequences. The influx of illegals in California has had just that effect; rather than doing jobs Americans don't want, they've taken over jobs in the construction and service industries; willing to work for less and getting paid ''under the table,'' they've taken jobs that US citizens depended on to feed their families.

Nah, we've got to keep the ones we've got. But, wealthy liberals have got a nerve since they're not the people most impacted by unskilled, poorly educated immigrants. It's the working poor who have to compete with them for jobs, social services, and housing...and a lot of those folks are minorities.
