My husband and I are trying to see all the national parks. This past weekend we traveled to Tennessee to hike the smoky mountains. We hiked 47 miles in 5 days!! Forever grateful for the opportunity to travel and move my body. ❤

This past weekend was so fun! It was my sisters bridal shower weekend at home so we all travelled home to celebrate her! I through her a shower that was floral themed and it was so much fun. She is a very healthy person and constantly goes to orangetheory but was influenced to take weight loss medication that cause her such horrible symptoms that she couldnt workout or eat! I have convinced her to stop taking the medication and getting back into the gym/her health routine. I appreciate you Syd-you always leading by example in each vlog and encourage me and others to sustain a healthy lifestyle!🫶🏼

My favorite part of the weekend is to be able to recharge and relax with my hunny after a long work week.
Favorite part of my weekend is being able to be home with my baby! I work Sunday-Wednesday and have clinical on Thursdays for nursing school, so sometimes Fridays or Saturdays are my only day to actually relax with him 🥰

My favorite part of the weekend was shopping with mh hubby for a wedding this weekend in Ashville, North Carolina. It is our first black tie formal wedding so we had way to much fun playing dress up to find the perfect get up to support our friends on their special day.

My favourite part of the weekend was spending time with family- my fiancé and I don’t get to see them much since we’ve moved so far away so it was nice to connect. We went for a nice walk around our town and ended it off with a family dinner with everyone’s favourites and a campfire.

My fav part of this past weekend was spending time outside in the AZ heat! Also going to church Saturday night. My fav part of this coming up weekend is that we are going to Seminole FL for all next week and get to leave on Monday 🥳 can’t wait for a vacay in the sun with the fam!
Fav part of the weekend was going hiking in southern Utah and finding beautiful waterfalls that we got to swim at the bottom of and me and my bf spent Sunday playing pickleball, grocery shopping, meal prepping and resetting for our week 🤩

I’m grateful for the ability to have traveled to Japan this past week but I think my favorite part of the weekend was coming home and resetting back into a routine of eating healthy, working out, and prioritizing quality sleep (esp after jet lag)! 🫶🏼☀️
