#ConstitutionOfIndia 1950 has a basic flaw and contradicts itself, and Judges of Supreme Court have done nothing about it.
1) It assumes that the national level majority religion will inflict atrocities on minorities (most certainly influenced by the way Pakistan was created as an Islamic country). #FLAW
2) It assumes that the national level minorities will not commit any atrocities at state, district and village level wherever they are in a majority. #CONTRADICTION
