Used the Sony A7Sii in combination with the Sony 28-135 lens. Mounted to the Ronin M with a custom rig, recording 4K to the Convergent Design Odyssey 7q. Shot in S-Log and processed with FilmConvert.

Chicago's skyline is miles better than any American city and perhaps the world. Just look jawdroppingly organized those skyscrapers are. This is the kind of stuff that makes me proud to be American.

@@rashed7339 no it's not. it's just as dangerous as any U.S. city--which is more dangerous than most cities in "1st world countries" but still, Chicago crime is highly concentrated in gang populated areas. Downtown chicago and most neighborhoods around the city are safe

I just got home from Chicago. I can't wait to visit again. The infrastructure and architecture of the buildings were magnificent!!♡ I was blown away witnessing in person the skyline. CRAZY DRIVERS! however walking was better anyway lol.

With a pinnacle height of 1,729 feet (527 m), it is the third tallest freestanding structure in the Americas, as it is 86 feet (26.2 m) shorter than Toronto's CN Tower. The Sears Tower retained one record: its antenna exceeded Taipei 101's spire in height. Upon completion, One World Trade Center in New York City surpassed Willis Tower through its structural and pinnacle heights, but not by roof, observation deck elevation or highest occupied floor.[50]
Until 2000, the Sears Tower did not hold the record for the tallest building by pinnacle height. From 1969 to 1978, this record was held by the John Hancock Center, whose antenna reached a height of 1,500 feet (457.2 m), or 49 feet (14.9 m) taller than the Sears Tower's original height of 1,450 feet (442.1 m). In 1978, One World Trade Center became taller by pinnacle height due to the addition of a 359 feet (109.4 m) antenna, which brought its total height to 1,727 feet (526.4 m). My theory is where you are on the top floor. Sears tower isn’t the tallest in the world but you are able to stand on a taller level then the other two. ( the two towers and and the new World Trade Center. )

Agree, Chicago at night is beautiful. Lived in both Manhattan and downtown Chicago. Overall loved Chicago more than NYC, but NYC skyline at night is unmatched by any other US city in my opinion.

Thank you! The only place we had to stabilize was at :48, we were getting some buffeting from the propellers or wind there. Everything else looked great straight out of the camera.
I noticed that on top of the frame when high-rises are kinda shaking a little bit:) I thought it was a side effect of stabilizing but wasn't sure. I think :29 has the same thing but it's minor. Anyway it was pleasure to watch this. Like the music choice also.
