The distractions in the city of your Life are drowning out the Sound of God. There is an Ezkiel Rebirthing taking place on your behalf, but it sounds like noise because it is not the familiar sound you're accustomed to. God has sent the Prophet to tell you not only has He put you back together, but He's Called forth the Winds from every direction of the Earth to Breath Life back into you.
Your responsibility is to STOP IGNORING THE SOUND. It is annoying because it is Destroying dead situations, familiarity, commonplace, the usual routine(s) in your life. The God has used the Prophet to intercede and sacrifice for 21 Days in Prayer so that you can Live Again.
